Townsend Heating was a lifesaver this past weekend; it was our coldest weekend, in years, in Canon City and they came out to fix our furnace on a Friday afternoon and even came back Saturday with a part. THANK YOU!!!!

We had a leaking pipe, so semi- emergency. They gave me a four hour time slot for the following afternoon. They were a no show and no call. Now, nearly a week later they have yet to return our several calls and messages. We had to contact another plumber and wait to get into his schedule. Colossal waist of our time!

When our regular plumber refused to help us this week these two guys came within 24 hrs. Awesome quick and knowledgeable service. Restored my faith in the service industry!

Just fantastic! I had a hot water leak at my washing machine and needed someone as quick as possible. These guys got to me the next day. Others had said a week, or so. Very responsive, professional, reasonably priced, and trustworthy. I couldn't be here for the repair so I left a key. Snowy morning and nasty outside. When I got home, you couldn't tell they had been there. No footprints on the carpet. I would definitely call them again, and would recommend them to everyone I know.
