Fast response, same day service even during the 4th of July weekend. Honest and upfront. Didn't try to fix anything because it was beyond repair he told us we just need a new one.

Electrical storms have been passing through Castle Rock affecting appliances and electronic equipment. Our Kenmore refrigerator front electronic panel malfunctioned, the Appliance Medic saved us a repair call by asking us to "reset the computer" by unplugging the appliance. I just plugged this guy into my iphone to keep as a permanent contact. Called him about a broken oven, and shared some pics over text to diagnose the problem. I thought I needed to replace some parts ($200+), but he stopped me from doing it. Drove over to my place in Larkspur the same day-- found the issue, and had it fixed in 15 mins. 5 star service....without a doubt. When you care enough to stop me from overspending on unnecessary repairs, I care enough to leave a glowing review as you walk out my front door. Hire him!

I called for a repair on our washer. I was given an estimate over the phone. When he came over he was very professional and respectful of property. Did the work promised and was even early. I will recommend this company to everyone and will use again. Thank you for your help.

Appliance medic called me back within 30 mins on a Saturday outside of business hours and within 2 mins Darrell had my error code cleared on my refrigerator and we were back up and running. We had a broken dryer and we called Appliance Medic. Darrell answered our questions and even took time out of his day to walk us through the problem. He did this because he loves his customers and is a great at his job. If you have any problems on any appliance CALL HIM!!

I thought the problem with our dishwasher was so severe I had already looked for a replacement! Happily, Darrell found that the problem was far less serious and required only a half an hour or so of repair. It saved me hundreds of dollars compared to what I thought I would have to pay! It's 5:00 p.m. My refrigerator is making a funny noise. My foods going to spoil! I call Appliance Medic and Darrel gets on the phone.

He's at home getting ready to have dinner, but he still takes the time to talk me through what's going on.... FOR FREE!

It's a bad compressor relay... my fridge isn't cooling and my foods going to spoil! The part costs $70 and Darrel tells me the best place to get the part.

2 hours later, I get the part and install it. My fridge works and I didn't lose any food.

You can bet I will use Darrel for any future need when it comes to my appliances!!

I called appliance medic for a repair on my refrigerator, after giving me some excellent insight Daryl helped me to determine that a repair really wasn't worth it considering the age of my unit. Daryl was very friendly and professional and experienced and if we ever need appliance repair in the future we will definitely call him knowing that he is honest and forthcoming about the best solution for the customer, not just how he can make a sale.
