I really love this company. Great service and communication and friendly workers. Nothing was too difficult for them. I had 2 very complicated and fragile chandeliers and they built and installed them perfectly.

Joe really came through for me! I had previously scheduled another electrician that I had already waited over two weeks for and they canceled on me last minute. I called Hoop's that same day and Joe was helpful and accommodating from the jump. He was able to fit me in only a few days later rather than weeks. He has been communicative from start to finish. Sent an email estimate for the work I was asking for, confirmed the appointment the day before and showed up on time. He is knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. My crockpot pulled a This Is Us and these guys were able to restore the outlets & breakers that were busted the next afternoon. I was so thankful for their quick, effective work and how polite they were in my home. I had electrical and asphalt work done on July 11th and 12th to the tune of over $9000.00 and was unhappy with the results. I was promised they would complete the work the next week and the week after that and the week after that etc. It is now October 21st and the work is still not completed.

Very professional! Excellent communication! I needed the job scheduled in advance to accommodate my work schedule. I was contacted a few day ahead to confirm and he showed up right on time. Very clean and respectful of my landscaping. Everything was back in place when he finished. He was great with my dogs! They loved him!

I'm so grateful to have found these guys to do some work in my basement.
