I had high hopes for this company based on reviews. While initially the communication left a lot to be desired, they eventually came through. They waived their service fee, which was a nice gesture. They were unable to fix the range hood issue in my tenants home - no power to fan/lights, but recommended a course of action along with their assessment of what was going on. I'll have to get an electrician to look at it now, but I wouldn't have known that if they hadn't come out to take a look. I would probably give them another chance next time I have an appliance problem. They were all very nice and professional.

I contacted Viking directly regarding a problem with my Viking oven. They arranged for Promise Appliance Repair to address the problem. Luke, the Promise technician, was great to work with. Luke was always on time, and worked hard to get the problem fixed (which he did!). I highly recommend Promise
