They do a thorough job of keeping all the offices, lobbies, and bathrooms spotless – we’ve yet to have tenant complain about the janitorial services! We also really appreciate a Pike supervisor carries out monthly inspections, and corrects problems promptly.

We’ve also called Pike in an emergency (overflowing toilet), and they’ve had a team onsite within the hour to mop tiles and dry out carpets. We honestly wouldn’t use any other janitorial company.
