Ralph and his team did a great job on the removal and reinstallation of our solar panels for a shingles replacement. They were always timely, had good communication and did a great job. The solar panels are outputting an equal amount of Kwh that they were before. I highly recommend them!

I had South Face install a Tesla Powerwall at my house in March 2024. Ralph and his "assistant" core drilled an incorrect hole in my brick wall and only put some spray foam as a "fix" after drilling the correct hole. He has also failed to connect my solar to the Tesla system, this was promised to completed in July 2024.

I have call numerous times and sent numerous texts, with no response.

Small claims court it is!!

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for an electrician.
