The Larimer County Landfill does an excellent job and provides a great service to our community!! As a retired disabled veteran, I would like the landfill to provide a small discount for all veterans!!

We liked WM while we were using them and felt like we got good service. However, when we closed our account, we were charged nearly $90 to have our trash bin picked up. We had had it less than 6 months and felt the fee to have it picked up was ridiculously high. I visited with a representative who said she would try to get the fee reduced, but that didn't happen. It was a disappointment.

WM has made Multiple changes to our service Without notification Nor price reduction. It is almost Impossible to speak with a live rep and when you do they basically say ‘Sorry. Nothing I can do. Is there anything Else I can help you with today?’ Then on this post, you will provide a nice sounding comment like ‘Thanks for sharing.’ Or ‘Thanks for making us aware.’ Or ‘Thanks. We are looking into it.’ AND. NOTHING. EVER. IMPROVES! NOTHING!

You no longer pick up mattresses or large items at our home. You used to just a couple years ago. You no longer pick up bundles limbs. You did before. Last year, you stopped taking plastic trash bags of yard waste. And now today, you no longer empty the 96 gallon tote that I own, which you have been emptying for FIVE Years!!!!!!!!! All of these reductions in your service, and any reduction in price? NONE!!!

WM is a poor service provider that treats their customers like Serfs!

They go above and beyond. Their drivers are courteous as is all of their staff. They have served Fort Collins faithfully. I am sad they are not able to continue. This company if fair and does it right.

WM has always been on time for us - the drivers are friendly and helpful - if there is a delay we receive an email and a text! If there is ever an issue with billing they quickly correct it for us

We have appreciated the communication and consistency! Only one phase did we have an issue of the recycling truck not picking up for a couple times, but that has never happened again. Also, when we needed a repair to our trash bin, it was extremely easy to use the website and a repair was made within a couple days.

We were super satisfied. One dump wanted $250 so we left and came here and they charged us $50. The last was super friendly and dropoff was easy. We’ll be back for sure!

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. 33 percent of the time they don't pick up trash or recycling. They have now missed trash pick up two weeks in a row. About six months ago I thought it was just them being picky, so spaced the bins five feet from the curb and six feet from each other. Same results. Pickups constantly missed. I have seen their trucks drive straight past my bins with no hesitation. Its infuriating. So, what is the next move...... I know, I will try calling them. Big mistake. I was on hold for 30 minutes before the call just dropped. Try calling the number for the local office? Oh, don't even think about it. That number is no longer maintained. There is no way those 5 star reviews are real.

Still haven't gotten our container. Kristina corrected our address, so we should get it delivered. Now we got our container on the 10th of June. About almost 4:00 pm. But WM never picked up our trash. Said no container. Called and you said that you will have them pick it up. Still not picked up, today Thursday June 13th.

A Billing error on behalf of the company left us without service for a month. When it was reported and acknowledged , after a way too long telephone chase, service was never offered to rectify the situation in any manner…TOTALLY FRUSTRATING!!!!

I requested a replacement dumpster as the wheel fell off mine 3 weeks ago. I am handicapped and have not been able to drag the dumpster to the curb. I also cannot get in touch with anyone in person to correct the situation.

Very inconsistent pricing!!! Made one trip with a full trailer and it was 163.00 came back the next day and the same load was 215.00. She was very rude even after we explained what we were charged the day before… her words” lucky I’m not charging you more”. There is absolutely nothing you can do about it.. then they send the trailers to the smallest area to dump with heavy equipment driving all over… absolutely terrifying!

Very friendly, prices are very very reasonable. Anyone who needs to throw out any trash, tires, box springs, cement, etc I recommend you come here.

Was totally surprised at how quick we were able yo get in and out. Lady at the window was very friendly and helpful. We screwed up and drove up while someone was on the scale and she was great about our apologies. We had a large truck load. No beds or appliances and it was only $22.00. The roads are a little bumpy but very much expected. They have people quiding you and their guys on the equipment getting the trash pushed back out of the way. So glad it went quickly.

They overcharge massively for disposing of items. I had a twin bed mattress and frame and another twin just the mattress. Cost me $120 to get rid of it. The Loveland price was way cheaper at only $25 per item.

I’ve used the free hazardous waste drop-off twice in this past year to get rid of old paint left in my house by the previous owner. The drop off is free, very efficient and pleasant personnel running this operation.

A great service to our community!

at my address we have used this company for over 30 years. Never had a disappointment had any kind of problems we called it was dealt with right away. Sorry to see that they’re no longer going to be picking up residential trash after October. I hope the next company gives as good as service as these people have for us.

Come one day with a 4x7 trailer and they charge me $28. Come a week later and the same size trailer at the same height is $38. DO NOT GO HERE!!

The downside of your service is your ever-rising costs. I have on-call service and the rise from August 2023 to
April 2024 is 61% ($92.22) from $146.28 to $238.50, far exceeding any other inflation costs I have heard of. You single handedly take a big bite out of social security checks.
