These guys built me a 700sf workshop/garage. I thought the permitting process would be a pain but they got it in a few weeks. As soon as the concrete was ready the whole thing was done in about 5 days. Good company to work with.

If your looking for a company that still has integrity then you gave to call Vertical Contracting. Had a remodel job done by them and they went above and beyond my expectations. If need any work done I would definitely give them a call.

We had Vertical come out and install two steel beams in our basement.

Pricing: transparent pricing start to finish. Shared invoices received for parts throughout the entire process and did not add any additional markup to what he paid for parts.

Workmanship: professional, fast, and clean. He scheduled our work within a week, showed up on time, and completed the work as discussed.

I would recommend Vertical to anybody and will be using them again for future projects.

We hired Vitor at Vertical Contracting to build a custom garage in Denver. Vitor seemed more willing to truly customize the project than some of the other garage building companies we received estimates from. His proposal was very detail-oriented which I appreciated. He was good about keeping us posted at every step of the way, even as we were waiting for permits to be approved. Once underway, the project stayed on-time and on budget. He was able to bring our vision for the garage to life. In the end, we are happy with the final product!

We has the pleasure of working with Vitor at Vertical Contracting to build a detached garage. Vitor was amazing to work with! He quoted us a reasonable price while not skimping out on things like a porta potty! Even when Lakewood gave us additional hurdles to jump through Vitor figured out multiple solutions and came by personally to go over the needed changes.

Vitor was extremely transparent during the planning period then during construction he'd stop by at least once a day to check on the site and update me on progress and what will be happening in the next few days. We also have zero issues with any of the workers from concrete to painting or gutters they were all awesome people, extremely respectful teams!
