Our repair man was very professional. He explained what was happening with our dryer. He did not have the special part to fix the dryer. He returned the next day and had the dryer fixed quickly.

Dishonest representation of work. Technician would not provide quote for repairs and would not follow company policy which is to deduct trip charge from repair costs.

IF I COULD LEAVE NO STARS I WOULD! WORST EXPERIENCE AND TERRIBLE COMPANY! I was told on the phone when i scheduled the repair, I would be charge $79 for the initial visit but that amount would go towards any repairs I made. When the technician came onsite, he gave me a verbal price. I questioned whether or not he would deduct the $79 from that cost as I was told by the company. He refused. I called the company, they agreed with me, while the technician was still in my home and on speaker phone. He still refused, said it is an issue with him and the company and that is not enough money for the work. No one could provide me a quote or anything in writing. I had to pay the $79 and clearly will not be moving forward with the work. I called them was hung up on. Do not use this company! They are complete hacks.

The repairman, Timur, showed up, examined the washer and declared he needed a $200 deposit for parts. We never heard from him again. When we called the company two weeks later they seemed surprised that Timur asked for a deposit and promised to send him back to complete the repairs. When he came out he sullenly claimed that a 15-year old Maytag was too old, no parts could be had for it, we would have to buy a new one. He did refund the $200 deposit for parts but then charged $90 for the service call for which he had done absolutely nothing but waste weeks of our time.

Whirlpool Appliance Repair came to the rescue when my washer stopped spinning. Their technician quickly replaced a worn-out drive belt, and now it works flawlessly. Excellent service!

But they didn't just talk the talk, they walked the walk too! The repair itself was executed with impressive speed and efficiency. Before I knew it, my washing machine was humming happily once again.
