We have been using Whitmore for years now and love them as they have really done a great job. Adam has been our regular tech for a while now and is great at what he does. These guys are very professional and have great expertise and resources, including a construction team that can do necessary repairs. Carlos was so pleasant to work with and at no point did I feel like I was being upsold into repairs. He took time to help me understand what he found and talk through their recommendations. Would work with him again in a heartbeat.

Being a customer of Whitmore was a totally positive experience. Response time was excellent. When you have snakes under the front porch, you pretty much want immediate action! The technician was knowledgeable about the problem and gave me several options for solutions -- all humane, reasonable and sensible. He was professional, skilled and personable. Whitmore Pest did a great job for us with our squirrel problem. Jon quickly figured out the problem and the appropriate solution and Nik did a great job efficiently making the needed repairs. In 2024, Rob took care of a dangerous and out of control bee issue right at our front door. This year, I requested a preventive treatment before the bees started nesting—and once again, Rob delivered. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and polite. We are so glad Whitmore Pest has a great technician like Rob, and we know we can trust both him and the company to handle our pest control needs. Thank you Rob! Excellent service all around!

We had a woodpecker that attacked our house leaving two large holes very high up. We tried another company who said they couldn't do it. As soon as I called Mark at Whitmore I knew I was getting somewhere. Mark was patient and very helpful and communicable. He spoke with me a few times to assure me they could do the job. Mark was wonderful and a huge part of the reason I felt comfortable that Whitmore could do the job. Then Taylor came out to do the actual job and too was wonderful. He was so knowledgeable and friendly and very skilled in his work. He came back a second time to paint at not extra cost. My husband and I were very impressed with Taylor's work and would contact him again and recommend this company hands down!

Called Whitmore because our tenant found a black widow. Whitmore made sure they called me back before close of business that same day. Rob contacted me when he was on his way, when arrived on site, and when the job was completed. Very pleased with Rob’s service.

Cody and Matt arrived per the scheduled appointment time and hit the ground running with the barrier installation around our back patio.
