However, i was surprised to find that cleaning out falling leaves (debris) from the outdoor ac unit was not included in the service contracts, even for Diamond Club members. There's an 'extra charge' for this service. i also have another property serviced by a different provider, and they include this cleaning twice a year - during the fall and spring when they service the heating and cooling systems. i find the price and 'value' of their service to be more favorable. Despite this, i was highly impressed with the work of Brady, their technician. He was professional and thorough, quickly diagnosing and fixing the problem with my ac unit. All in all, i am satisfied with the service from 4Seasons HVAC Repair and would use them again in the future.
