Titus was one of several companies I reached out to when looking to get an EV charger installed in my garage. They were very quick to respond and setup an appointment for an estimate. In full disclosure, they do charge $50 for the estimate, but if you do go with them, they deduct it from the final invoice. Brennon was the lead electrician for both the estimate and installation.
Ended up going with Titus, though as you can see I did end up deducting two stars. One for a bit of a pushy upsell attempt for a whole-home surge protector, but if you would look at my circuit breaker panel for 3 seconds, you would see there is one there already in this house that is only 5 months old. Seems like an attempt to pull a fast one on my wife as I wasn't home during the estimate.
The second star was removed as I come to find out as they were finishing up the installation, I ask when the town inspectors are going to come by. Brennon then states that a permit for the EV charger was never pulled through the town's building department, though I would be more than welcome to pull one on my own and list Titus as the contractor. So I pulled the permit and an additional $240 later, had the inspector stop by to inspect the work, which did pass inspection. This shortcut may have been fine with Brennon, but he isn't the one who sleeps here, my family is, and I didn't want to run into any issues in the future if/when we ever decide to sell the house because of an unpermitted electrical circuit.

Greg was courteous, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was thorough and took care to check out all of my concerns and patiently answered my questions. I was really impressed. In addition, Elizabeth was so easy to talk to in both of our phone conversations and was detail-oriented in gathering my information. Worked with Ray and he quickly installed some electrical outlets for me. He did a great job and it was done in a short time with high quality.
