KAMI ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND INFORMED ME EVERYTIME BEFORE HER ARRIVAL SO WE WERE ABLE TO MAKE THE BACKYARD ACCESSIBLE. HER AND HER PARTNER LEFT MY YARD CLEAN AND I DO NOT HAVE ONE COMPLAINT WHAT SO EVER. IF THIS IS THE WORK DONE BY FIRST POINT AND ALL THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE AS PUT TOGETHER AS THE TWO THAT CAME OUT , I WILL BE USING THEM TO DO WORK ON MY RENTAL PROPERTIES VERY SOON. THEY GAINED A NEW CLIENT AND I AM THRILLED TO HAVR THEIR CONTACT NOW.

I had a couple of egress window wells that needed repair. Kami and her co workers did an amazing job! I thought for sure they would need replacement but the repairs they did turned out great! Thanks Kami for an outstanding job!

Had some guys come to my mother and My child's apartment to fix a leak issues that had been goin on for months. They came to "fix" a water leak.. I was present to make sure the issue was being addressed and fixed. As well as there to vist my child & keep an eye out. Come to find out, my mother received an eviction notice because I Allegedly told the work that I "LIVE" at the apartment. My mother is on the verge of eviction because of he said, she said. I find it very unprofessional and frivolous.

This was a below average contractor. They are short on employees. They do not keep appointments nor communicate. I was very disappointed. Fortunately I only lost about $500. This company was great at some point but that is no longer the case.

Ivan and Norberto came as part of a warranty issue for our builder. They were on time, respectful of our property and took care of the issue in a timely manner. They left the work area clean. They represented this company in a five star manner. Thanks guys!

One star for completing the work halfway. Would give no stars due to your crew stealing several thousands worth of family heirlooms. Not much help from ownership except denial - ‘no thefts in 20years”. Funny because some of the crew appears to have just graduated high school and new because he’s painting with his finger. Wouldn’t recommend FPC unless you keep a close eye on them. EDIT - now you lie about the claim! Necklace was never claimed, you made it up. How low of you to lie and make up false information on a review to the public. In fact, followed up with the police as I’ve video on the nanny cam of the guys in the room & one goes into the closet. In fact they claim FPC wasn’t helpful, nothing returned (as the police have the video and FPC was supposed to interview their personnel who were on the job - FPC response was they’re letting the police handle it). Nothing fishy about this claim, your company is untrustworthy and your response to the review illustrates that culture of avoiding responsibly or blaming a customer. Notice the trend in one star reviews, buyer beware!

Caleb and David were the absolute best! I am finally getting some of the warranty repairs completed in my new build. They were very professional upon arrival. These gentlemen were also very conscientious about the process and the minimal disruption in my kitchen.

I was very impressed with the repair done. I was sure it was going to be just a little less then the eye sore it had already been with the rusting BUT.....the quality of work done left me very impressed. Tami was very easy to work with. Polite. On time. Cleaned up and left me greatful for the job well done. Would use her again. I have no doubt that the job would get done!
