We've found the company to be competent, helpful and reasonably priced. They do seem to stay very busy and occasionally have had to refer to another plumber when something needed immediate attention. I can recommend this company without reservation.

Like most people, I'm handy around the house, but there are two things I don't touch: plumbing and electric. The stakes are too high to try it myself. But when I have to call a professional, I don't know anything about how to fix it or how much it should cost, so I am at the complete mercy of the plumber. My hose bib cracked in a surprise freeze. One plumber quoted me a price that felt really high. I called MJB and they quoted me a much lower price. I told them how much the other company was going to charge and he literally laughed out loud over the phone (this is how you know you found a plumber that will not rip you off). Come game day, the guy shows up, spends a few minutes prepping the area to keep it from getting messy, and then blam! Hose bib installed in a few minutes. I asked how he did it so fast, and he said he did all the soldering and prep work on his own time before he got there. This is dedication to save me time and money. Since it's so easy to get ripped off by a plumber, I will forever cherish the one that treats us fairly - in this case way better than fairly. I will never use another plumber as long as I can help it. Highly, highly recommend.

The skill set and how the jobs are done is just outstanding this company does outstanding work and is a must .

The owner helped me during his busy schedule by installing a new water heater which is located in a precarious place. His price was fair, and I have appreciated his willingness, professionalism and friendly demeanor.

The service I received today from service pro Jim O was great. He did excellent work. I highly recommend Mission Plumbing if you need work done.

We have used Mission on 2 different occasions and have scheduled a third project with them. We live in Woodmoor and preferred to use a local company.

I base my review on 3 categories:

1) Punctuality. From quote to work start was less than 3 days on the first project and 1 Day on the second project

2) Cost. Terry charged a solid 30% less than the big box companies (The main reason I like local contractors)

3) Quality of work. Terry works with PEX, which is very advantageous in colder climates. Unfortunately, not a lot of folks in CO use PEX, as they prefer copper instead. Terry will install your to your preference but we went with hime because of his use of PEX. To illustrate his quality, let me explain the projects:

a. Washer/Dryer box that required converting an old sinl hookup into a washer dryer box with hammerstops and 3" drain. Work was accomplished in 4 hours. Inspection took place the following day and passed with flying colors.

b. Bathroom conversion. Moved sink faucets to a vanity with 1/4 urn cutoffs. Converted a bath mixing valve to ADA shower height of 42". Chipped out a 3" drain into the floor to accommodate a new tile shower. Work accomplished in 4 hours and well above standard.

Purple Mountain Plumbing was professional and friendly. They showed up the same day and fixed multiple issues quickly. Some issues were routine while some were more complicated, and these guys handled all of it perfectly and for a reasonable price. Same day service, fair pricing, and was updated when the technician was running behind. This was the 3rd time we had to call a plumber out to fix this same issue (before turning to Purple Mountain), but feel confident that Purple Mountain Plumbing fixed the issue and we will not have the same issue going forward. I appreciate that they priced out all of their different recommendations after the initial diagnosis, and they didn’t just tell me I needed the most expensive option. Overall their kind, calm, and informative demeanor made me feel comfortable and confident with their service. The plumber on site even went ahead and applied a faucet screw that I had sitting in the bathroom without being asked or any additional charge. He went above and beyond (I feel bad I’ve already forgotten his name, but if it was you- thank you again). We will be returning customers.
