They are terrible at grading, after the third time of coming back to my house to do the grade we still have low spots and a roll back towards the house. Would not suggest them as they're supposed to get water from foundation not into it.

Good attention to our concerns with the level of our house and the cracks in the walls. The wait time to start the work was acceptable. The work was done quickly and efficiently. We are happy with the results.

Very kind people and professional when talking with them. Clear communication is important to me and after a couple of misunderstandings they made it right and I am changing my review to reflect that. Did not end up using the company but would recommend checking them out for their honesty and integrity and being a local business.

I took the morning off from work and met with Bill on January 18th for an estimate. I got the feeling that they did not want to do the work. I was told that I would be provided a few estimates and could go from there. I never heard back and its been almost a month. I will definitely go somewhere else.

We hired AAA to fix our leaky basement and install an egress window. From start to finish, we were happy with the work being done. Thank you for a job well done!

From our sales rep to all those involved in the actual work they were top notch!!! They came when they were going to come, communicated well, answered questions and were even done before they said they would be! Absolute professionals to a man, and the work was spectacular. Would highly recommend them!!

We have large "window well" areas in our basement almost like little patios. The outside walls were caving inward and allowing water and mud into the area. They put a type of pier in that you tighten periodically to pull the walls back into place. Also had to have a room at the back of our house raised due to poor original foundation work. They did a good job raising the room up and even though it was more work than originally anticipated they did not charge more than their estimate. Also raised a section of our driveway. I would use them again and would recommend them if someone asked.

Everyone I dealt with at AAA was professional and outgoing. The work they have done for me was high quality . The price was very reasonable.. I researched a half dozen companies and I am very happy I chose AAA.

It’s has been very difficult to have quality work on our remodels for the last couple of years. I found AAA basement and foundation and have used them for multiple projects. High quality work and dependable for when they say they will be there! I have more projects lining up for them!!!! Highly recommend!!

The sales manager barely said anything to my husband when he came out. Desk clerk said we were arguing the reason why bill gomez left but my wife was asleep the whole time. I placed a complaint and they purposely ignored my call. How do I know? When I called and pointed out they never got back to me after 4 days, the desk clerk paused and began to become extremely rude. Bill gomez also said my husband refused to talk to him, but he asked repeatedly what was going on. He disappeared and never came back. Six foundation repair experts came out said that the floor joints needed to be replaced. Bill said none needed to be replaced. The floor is sagging and my upstairs is sloping! It has gotten worse over 4 months. The beam under the kitchen is cracked. Even a blind man can see that was the reason all the cracks and issues in the home. The beam was held up by 4 braces that were that the previous owner placed. I just wanted an honest quote on the cost to have them come out and repair it. I would run from this company! They have extremely bad customer service! Im 30 years old, I have no reason to lie on a grown man about how he treated my family but when I called to try to work it out. I found out that with this company the customer is not always right and that they told me I was a liar and made up this story out of no where. How can a sleeping person argue?

Friendly, responsive, very hard working, and they do a great job. Put in two sump pumps for us after our basement flooded, and they also did some mud jacking on our exterior concrete. Would highly recommend using this company. DON'T hire the huge national companies after a flood.... go small and local.

Realizing We had walls bowing and needed steel posts with large bolts to keep wall secure, his explanation was clear and concise!

Punctual, informative and good pricing. They installed beams on a wall in the basement, put up vapor barrier and put in a French drain system to the sump pump. I am very much looking forward to a dry basement and I will be having them back out to do some crawl space work. They were honest and did not try to sell me things I didn’t needs.

I had AAA mud jack my garage floor, driveway, and side walk. I was very impressed with the outcome and professionalism of the job! Very easy company to work with, from the estimator down to the crew that did the job. I would definitely recommend AAA!

The crew from AAA putting in our egress window was great. They were friendly and professional and took care of the exterior and interior. A few weeks after the window was put in we had some sinking of the ground around the egress, I contacted them and they sent out someone to compact some more dirt.

AAA Basement and Foundation Repair did an excellent job this spring (2019) in repairing multiple cracks, leaks and stabilizing 3 basement walls that were leaking and literally moving in. They were on time, courteous and cleaned up any mess they left behind. Luckily I was dealing with individuals who had 15+ years of experience who knew what they were doing.
They also leveled my sidewalks which I thought I was going to have to have dug out and new cement put in.
There bid was reasonable for what was needing done. The other 2 companies bids were $5-10,000 higher as they insisted that they needed to do extensive excavation. Not true, my basement is totally dry with the work that AAA said I needed. We live in the Benton, Ks.
I would highly recommend them.

Follow up. Those things that a business should do to assure the customer is happy. Those are important. My phone works and I answer it. Had a basement wall that starting to move so I had the company install ground anchors to secure the wall. Also at that time I had an egress window installed. The soil around the window settled after the first rain. I emailed the person who had been communicating with me from the office and weeks later no email or calls because the window well had filled up to the window with water. Something isn't right here.

Edit: I generally like to wait on service reviews as things like this can sour the overall review. The guys did come back and address the backfill issue and so far the window well has not flooded even with these recent heavy rains. I'm still watching the basement wall for any more deflection.

I have used AAA numerous times in Real Estate transactions as well as on my own personal properties. They have always been VERY honest as to what needs to be done or not be done to solve or prevent an issue. They are prompt to get out and look at the situation and always get the work done in a timely manner for a fair price. I have personally used AAA for mud jacking of driveways and sidewalks, support beams to prevent movement on foundation walls, crack injections to stop leaks, pillars with anchors for wall correction, water proofing system with support beams for a wet basement with movement, replaced footings on a home that had incorrect footings in place, driveway drain for a driveway that held water, drainage correction on properties that needed dirt work correction and egress window installation to create a legal bedroom in the basement
Again they have always been prompt, professional, fair priced, honest, cleaned up after and most of all never had any issues after the completed work 😊

We had AAA do a big foundation repair for us. All the guys were courteous and responsive during the entire process. A couple of issues came up several weeks later due to settling of the soil and quite a bit of rain. I'm extremely happy to say that AAA came out and fixed the issues without any hesitation. They went out of their way to ensure everything was taken care of. We would (and already have) highly recommend AAA Foundation Repair for any foundation work you may have.

Outstanding value - price was much less than anticipated and workmanship was excellent! Zero attempts were made to upsell products and/or services that weren't needed. I highly recommend AAA for any basement issues and they would be my go to company if their services are ever needed again.

They did a great job waterproofing and cutting an egress window in my basement. Very good communication with the crew lead and office. The crew went the extra mile to keep things clean inside and out of the house. I would easily recommend them again for foundation work.
