Ms. Krauland demonstrated extensive knowledge of plant identification and correct placement, providing effective treatments for underperforming plants. She showed exceptional dedication to ensuring my satisfaction with the final results. Ms. Krauland thoroughly researched various plant varietals suitable for the specific conditions of soil type, water content, and sun exposure. She provided a fair and detailed estimate and adhered to it during execution. I also appreciated Ms. Krauland's thoughtful advice regarding mulch; she explained that my beds had sufficient coverage and only required reworking, which saved me considerable costs. Her meticulous attention to detail and diligent effort resulted in stunning outdoor plant beds, significantly enhancing my home's curb appeal. I truly cannot say enough great things about Heike and the incredible work she did for our landscaping. From the moment we met, her deep knowledge of plants, pruning, and landscape design was clear. We had been meaning to refresh our yard for over a year, but we weren’t sure where to begin. The mulch beds had become overgrown, full of weeds, and several of our plants and flowers were struggling.

Heike came in with thoughtful ideas and creative solutions, giving us multiple options to consider. As the project unfolded, she carefully assessed the condition of our plants and made expert recommendations—relocating some to better-suited areas and replacing others that weren’t thriving. I trusted her judgment completely, and I’m so glad I did. Everything turned out beautifully!

She returned a few weeks later to prune trees and shrubs and help with plant selection for a particularly wet mulch bed. Even when we changed our minds last minute on a few selections, Heike was incredibly accommodating, offering alternative plants that ended up being perfect. She and her son worked tirelessly in the summer heat, always with a friendly and positive attitude.

A few days after the project was completed, we unexpectedly had to dig up part of our yard to access our well, which unfortunately disturbed some of Heike’s work. I reached out on short notice, and without hesitation, she came back to restore everything. I was blown away by her kindness and flexibility.
Heike is a rare find—skilled, reliable, creative, and a true professional. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to transform their outdoor space. We’re beyond happy with the results!
