Horrible customer service I ask for a standard kitchen faucet decent price and they try to push me to buy a 300$ faucet I'm very discusted that they would try to take advantedge of me like this every product I see there is just so overpriced

My wife and dother when to this place for some pluming help and the person behind the desk told them that he was not going to help them and told them they need to look for plumer. I dont think it's the right thing to tell a customer date was 3/31/2021

Not awesome. severely overcharged for a part. Tried to ask a question to see if they would share some of their expertise, and the answer I got was "town hall". I tried to clarify, but was again rebuffed. They clearly know something on the subject, but were wholeheartedly unwilling to share it. Showed zero interest in helping me out.

A showroom full of beautiful choices. On the corner of route 5, in front of Walmart. Come here before you plan, because the displays give you great ideas. Worth the trip!

These guy had my AO Smith propane hot water heater ignition/sensor assembly. I was in a bind and these guys were literally the only place within an hour radius (aside from online) that had the part. They ordered it from their Waterbury facility and had it first thing the next morning. My wife and I own a salon so obviously having hot water is imperative. Overall excellent experience as I'm no contractor. Will definitely use again! 👍🏼 👍🏼
