Installed my pool 10 years ago, we had a major problem 2 years later they fixed it at no cost to us with little down time. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a honest pool company.

Would give Aqua Pool zero stars if I could. There were thousands of dollars in hidden costs and customer service is non- existent! Actually had one of their supervisors tell me that he didn't call me back for a month because he was "procrastinating because he knew it would be a tough phone conversation!"

I have nothing but great things to say about this company! I have always been met with professionalism, quality service, and top-notch customer service. I would highly recommend using them for your pool needs!

Aqua pool is always accommodating with my requests and is very responsive! They work hard to get any issue fixed quickly and make sure your pool is in its best working order!

By far the best pool company in CT. They have been taking care of my pool since I bought the house in 2009. Nothing but the best over the years. Highly recommended

Truly miserable company to deal with. They don’t communicate with customers and are unreliable. The woman running the scheduling and operations is completely unorganized has no idea what she is doing. We tried to use them, went out of our way to contact them several times, but they definitely don’t want to work with you. This company is a nightmare. Save your time and call someone else. Honestly don’t know how they are still in business

No phone calls, no voicemails, no contract in the mail, nothing. You are lying. This is what has to happen to get a response from you. You might be ranked 12th in your mind, you’d be lucky if you’re ranked at all.

5 stars isn't even enough! I was so beyond pleased with Aqua Pool's servicing of my pool. They were prompt, professional and extremely helpful - even followed up later in the day to check on the services performed.

Would not suggest this company AT ALL.
- The inspection they did did not show any of the issues we are now having to fix
- They cancel last minute
- The receptionist and anyone who you speak to at the office are rude and always sound like they are in a panic
- They have poor communication skills within the company and when communicating to clients
- Always someone different comes out and they never know what's been done to the pool
- A lot of the time do not have the proper equipment with them.
- They barely vacuum
- They did not Summerize our pool properly and we're having to redo it now in June

I have had a horrible experience. I have had my pool for 13 years and the first 5 years was them fixing the Gunite that would be cracked every Spring. Trying to get answers from them is impossible. The pool broke 2 years ago it took over a year to get them to give me an estimate and by that time it went through another winter and is now worse. Coustomer service there is none.
I would not recommend them.

Great group of people, any pool question I ever had they have answered. Unlike other pool supply companies around, they don't push you in buying any other chemicals you don't need and also inform you on what each product does. They didn't build my pool, bought the house with it but they for sure know how to keep it crystal clear for me!

I have been a client for over 12 years. They built a beautiful custom gunite pool and spa for me in a rather tricky location. I've only had two equipment problems over that time, and they worked diligently to address them. I've since recommended them to friends, who have had similar positive experiences. Highly recommend!!

I have never written a review before. If I could give zero stars I would. I made a $7,000 deposit for a pool with Aqua Pool & Patio on April 28, 2018. The permit for the pool was denied by the town because Aqua Pool's measurements were completely off and the pool was not 25 feet from the septic. Since the pool couldn't be built we requested a refund on May 15. The salesman called and kept trying to sell us a new pool and we demanded our deposit back. Finally the salesman said that the full deposit would be returned since they couldn't build the pool as described in the contract. On June 5th I received a letter from Aqua Pool stating that they were keeping $2,664.56 of my deposit for fees such as: setting up my account in the accounting and construction department, contacting Call Before You Dig (even though the permit to dig was never granted), a meeting with their salesman and new design sketches, which I never requested or approved or was told there would be any charge for. The letter mentions onsite meetings at my home, after I signed the contract there was only one time an Aqua Pool employee came to my home. Aqua Pool & Patio never even put a shovel in the ground and took a $7,000 deposit for a pool that the town says can not be built and is refusing to refund my $7,000 deposit.

Aqua Pool was phenomenal in the building of our pool. We were so apprehensive. Contractors can be so unreliable. Usually they put their best foot forward with sales, and then once you've paid the deposit and signed the contract, they do with you what they will. NOT SO with Aqua Pool. Gregg and his build team were phenomenal. Best contractor experience we've ever had, and we've done several major projects over the years. It was unreal they were so wonderful. Someone from the office was in communication with us as much as we needed - daily at times - to touch base via phone and email. They let us know who was coming, when, to do what, throughout the process. There was no confusion at any time and all expectations were met. In fact, they exceeded all our expectations. All the men who came on site were polite and professional. They wore company clothing, nobody smoked, they were always on time, didn't leave trash in my yard, polite about parking, etc. Everything you would hope for from a contractor but rarely get. I have no doubt that the pool is of exceptional quality. It was a fascinating process to watch and very detailed. Everything works perfectly and I have every confidence that this company will do whatever it takes to keep us a happy customer. It's a great feeling when you feel valued and your purchase feels appreciated, not taken for granted. I would recommend them without a single hesitation. They are amazing, our pool is beautiful, and everything is working as expected. Construction spring 2018.

I am a current client of Aqua Pool and Patio and for the past 2 seasons have used their services for Christmas Lights. They have the most fair pricing and the actual work is outstanding! The staff is so professional and they responded promptly to any questions I had. I absolutely love my Christmas lights and decor and will always use this company in the years to come!

Mike the owner at Aqua Pool, is an amazing resource. He is very knowledgeable in his field. He is also a fair gentleman that is not greedy and driven by $$$. He helped me on numerous projects when I was searching for a home. He provided an invaluable service by looking at my as-built plans and telling me i could put a pool in and where.

He was always very quick and did this much cheaper then some of his competitors.

I have been a customer for over 30 years. Debbie at Aqua Pool, as well as the other employees I have encountered, are professional, knowledgeable, responsive and very helpful. Recently having a pool leak, I contacted Debbie by email and had a response in less than an hour. She arranged for New England Dive to come to my home and fix the problem.
