I had a kitchen flood. My main contact was Josh but also had Sergio assist. I can't tell you how great these 2 young men treated me. Josh was responsive, on time, concerned and cared about my welfare and the welfare of my animals. It was an insurance claim but he really went the extra mile. It felt like I was dealing with a person who cared. Thanks ServPro for getting me through the clean up.

Jorge and his team are amazing!! Jorge was on time every time and never kept me waiting 1-2 hours like most people do. Jorge is extremely knowledgeable and pointed out areas I didn't realize was caused by water! He immediately advised me to contact my insurance company since the leak was coming from my upstairs neighbor. Jorge went to work right away. He was also friendly and open to having my large dog follow him around. His team then came out for demolition and left the place spotless! I highly reccommend them for your remediation needs!

I was very impressed wit ServPro. The were always on time with clean uniforms, very personable and fast working, but very though . They even asked if I needed anything else. I would recommend them to anyone

I would like to praise Logan and Cory with ServPro -- very professional and worked with me through water damage and with AAA. They were mostly the Contractors on the job -- but stepped up and did some of the work as well. Very professional and organized. A big THANK YOU for a job well done.

ServPro associates were caring and knowlegeable regarding the water damage to my bathroom, walls, floors/carpets. The checked in daily to see progress of the drying out process. They responded quickly to my phone calls, as well as to my in-person questions regarding ways to prevent similar plumbing issues.

This was the second time a water leak issue occured in my home. The ServPro associates remembered me! They are very kind, trustworthy, and efficient experts. I highly recommend ServPro for water damage mitigation and similar services.

My insurance called them Josh was great. Unhappy how I had to ask for boxes after I moved, my screen door was broken. George the manager was so rude to me and raised his voice. They also tried to say they did a moisture test when they did not I had to ask them to one with me present. They never addressed the door being broken by their employees. I did get many calls because the insurance put my name on the check, of course for money. I would not recommend this company. My insurance also is making a complaint as well.

I like how they respond with complete lies. First off They never addressed the broken door until I called them after asking over 5 times plus my insurance Mercury asked as well and they never addressed it. They did not do the 1st moisture test because the plastic was still up from previous company who did work. There is no way you could do any work unless the plastic was taken down. I have pictures. I removed the plastic myself and asked for a moisture test to be done in front of me. Jorge raised his voice on the phone his mask has nothing to do with the lack of customer service Jorge has and he was extremely unprofessional. Lets be real honest you are messing with peoples home.

This past July while out of town we had an upstairs toilet that leaked and caused major damage.After talking with ServPro Huntington Beach we knew they were the team to handle our reconstruction. From the beginning Logan and Corey, the managers of this project were very responsive in returning our calls, coming to the house and checking the work being done. All during the project there was someone at the home working everyday to get the job completed. The quality of the work was first class, and they finished on time. I would highly recommend ServPro of Huntington Beach South.

Servpro's work was OK, but they destroyed our emergency fire sprinkler system. This could cause problems with the lives of my family and our neighbors. It has been one year and Servpro has still not addressed this. Attached is a picture of how they left it. They didn't even discover this, I had to find it.

I’m sorry to say what a terrible experience we’ve had with this company. My 92 year old Mom had a leak. The response to the immediate situation was great. Fast, friendly, and very communicative. Due to this we opted to go ahead and have them do the repairs. It all changed from there. We were assigned a new project manager without communication, I was not kept in their loop as a point of contact so missed important emails. Upon reviewing the estimate we simply wanted to discuss details of it. Phone calls,texts and emails have all gone completely unanswered aside from when I reached the new project manager who was understandably busy but did not follow up and return my call or additional email. My only clue when I reminded him which client we were was to comment that “you’re the ones with low insurance”. While true my Mom is more than capable of paying any difference. The impression left is that they only want to deal with insurance companies who they can overbill and don’t get questioned.

Carlos and the SERVPRO Newport Beach team were absolutely amazing! Carlos was very helpful and walked me through every step. The crew was on time, worked quickly, and left everything clean and in great shape. Couldn’t be happier with the service and the team. Personal thank you to Carlos!!

I contacted them for a mold remediation on my property and got a quick and informative response. Kevin showed up to the sight and walked us through the process and was able to accurately answer all the questions we had. Going through this process is stressful but they made sure we felt good about it and that it went smoothly.

Concrete Flooring Specialist came out to inspect for an estimate. Over a week went by and I called to get my estimate. I was told they would contact the guy and get back to me about my project. They never did get back to me. Waisted 2 weeks waiting for someone to give me information that never came.

My travertine tile had been so dirty for so long due to my big family and puppies. I was really scared that no type of cleaning service could bring them back to its original travertine tile luster. Luckily, with Specialized Surfaces travertine tile cleaning I was (surprisingly!) able to get that brand new look again that I love! I am SO happy with Specialized Surfaces. It is hard for me to find marble services worth the price and that do an excellent job. My marble floors had tons of scratches from my wild family and it was becoming super frustrating to not be able to have any type of marble floor maintenance. The marble restoration Specialized Surfaces did looked amazing after they were done. On top of that they also provided a high gloss finishing AND a marble cleaner and sealer. I had initially called them in for a concrete floor cleaning job in our warehouse. It was a simple project and they did everything right... from their professionalism in setup to finishing up the cleaning and making sure everything was nice and neat when they left. After the job, they told us that they also provided other services including marble polishing or marble floor restoration services. Since we had such a good experience at our warehouse, we decided to have them come and take care of our marble maintenance at our home... It was really the best marble floor polishing services we've had done by a contractor company. If you are looking for a company to provide cleaning marble shower services... or anything related to marble, don't look anywhere else.

Hiring a builder is scary, but these guys were honest and transparent. The quality of the build is amazing, and the price didn't change halfway through. What a relief

Their work is exceptional. They made fantastic use of materials, and the end result is both sturdy and visually striking. We couldn't be more thrilled with our renovation!
