when i needed someone to come and do an extensive roof cleaning, 3LM came out within a few days, got the job done very professionally. They took their time to do the job right and I really appreciated their friendly personalities and the fact they provided pictures from the roof of damaged tiles that needed to be replaced which was especially helpful to send over to our roofing contractor. Overall, great job and very competitive prices

This company was easy to schedule, provided a fast quote and were very prompt on the clean day. The men did a very good job and were very diligent on protecting my landscape. When they were finished the roof looked amazing. I would absolutely recommend this company for anyone that would need their services.

Pete and his entire team were responsive, a great value, and protected the integrity of our property. We have a geodesic dome with a full stained deck all the way around and Pete did an awesome job on the roof while protecting the rest of the house and deck. I used to be a contractor and have a really hard time letting other people do work for me. Pete was a pleasure and I cannot wait to use him again when the need arises. This company is amazing. Great communication, great staff, great service. They cleaned my huge circular driveway, pool patio and roof on my home and garage. Everything came out so clean it was like brand new again. The best part of this is their guarantee and whatever they use to clean and prevent build up. It has been over 4 months and my driveway and roof still look like they cleaned it yesterday. The staff was friendly and prompt and showed up on time and made every effort to do a fantastic job. We used 3LM for roof cleaning ( Soft Wash of the roof) from the quote to the day the job was completed. Extremely professional team. Very responsive to work via email or phone. The quote was easy and they were accommodating with the scheduling changes. I highly recommend them for roof washing as one guy was cleaning and other guy was watering the grass so chemicals didn't kill my grass. My roof looks like new and my grass is not dead - i am a happy customer.

3LM cleaned my roof and driveway this week. Communication with 3LM was excellent. They arrived at the scheduled time. The team was very cordial, explained everything and answered all my questions. Work was quickly completed and the results look great. Price for the work was equal or better than other quotes. Very happy with 3LM and I wouldn't hesitate to use their service again in the future.

I used 3LM because they had such great reviews online (unlike so many other companies out there). The cleaners showed up on time and in schedule and my Roof looks really great! Staff was kind and courteous and moved planters away from the house etc. The roof was not pressure washed but a chemical was applied to the roof that killed the mold and bacteria and then it washes off on the next rain. My pool deck has never looked better too! The woman that answers the phone and texts was extremely kind and professional and even found a cancellation opening. The two guys that came out worked very hard for so many hours. They did as they said they would do at the price they told me. I would use this company again no problem! Highly recommend.

This my second time using them & I’ve recommended then in the past.They did a wonderful job. They were very nice & professional. During thenafter inspection; they saw is couple spots that they didn’t think was clean as well as they should be & recleaned those spots.

I purchased a plan they offered to clean our roof with an extra 5 year warranty at an extra cost. I have been trying to contact them for the past 4 months to get a warranty cleaning, however they have replied that we are on a list and have not gotten back to us or scheduled us in that time. We have been very patient and have contacted them requesting something that we purchased as per their offer and can't believe it should take this long to honor their offer as of yet.

Wow! I never thought I would write a review about a pressure washing business. This company is great! We scheduled to have our house washed and the entire process was fantastic, including the automated quote system. A young man named Josh came out to complete the project. 3LM is fortunate to have him on their team. He was early to arrive, asked about any areas of concern and went to work. He was very thorough and did a wonderful job. The house looks great!

3LM Roofing did an excellent job, doing a Soft Soak Clean if my Roof and Overhang. It looks brand new... :)

Mark & Abraham the technicians that cleaned the roof were professional and friendly. They even brought their own water in their truck to do the cleaning.

Everything looks top notch, beautiful! I am so glad we found this company and will use them for all pressure washing needs.
