Company was great for awhile. However, this past July, whatever they sprayed on my lawn killed it. No one has touched it since this last application! You can see the rows that were sprayed and those that weren’t!

After nearly 4 years of trying to get answers as to why my lawn looks like absolute crap though I've been paying $275 for every service, finally a manager got involved. He just walked my property and admitted it looked bad and has essentially told me his staff is either poorly trained or they openly lie to customers faces. After talking to over a dozen employees in person on my lawn and constantly asking to speak with managers he is the first to say:

1. This isn't treatable
2. The grass is cut too short
3. The leaf need to be cleared

If a single person I'd spoken to prior to this had ever said this over the last 4 years I would have been fine with the explanation and worked to fix it. Instead EVERY SINGLE employee would tell me to my face they treated it and everything will be great in a few weeks. Now due to the incompetence/lies of this staff I'll need to pay 10s of thousands of dollars to replace my lawn.

The solution the manager had was basically "yeah sorry we can't do anything for you for the past but if you want to pay $300 for an additional treatment we can work to get rid of the ants more."

Avoid Luv a lawn at all costs at is it very clear management either does not care to train their staff or they tell them to make the customer feel comforted so they do not cancel. For the manager to essentially say "too bad you paid we provided service (though it was doing nothing the entire time) so deal with it" is a slap in the face. I will be contacting everyone I know with luv a lawn to get them to cancel. To not even off a remedy for the 4 years of money i threw at them while trying to upsell me a different treatment is shameful

I was left a voicemail stating they will offer 2 free months of service and 1 free service of the product the manager was trying to upsell me after nearly 4 years of never mentioning it once (though it supposedly is the best solution).

Just got done talking to representative Kenny for a consultation. Was a good, positive interaction. Would definitely recommend.

Our tech, Leaford has been great. The lawn has really started looking better after the cold weather. Great service, and always timely.

These guys have been great so far. I switched from Massey after not seeing results, and Luv A Lawn has been absolutely incredible. Our guy Ryan that visits us is a great guy and always gives me tips and tricks for better lawn care.

I love how proactive love a lawn conducts business. It's like they almost read my mind when I need their service, they are very professional, caring, thoughtful, and the cost is great for what you're paying. The interesting thing is I started using this company about 3 years ago, and now a lot of my neighbors are using luv a lawn. I see a lot of little red hearts all over the lawns and you can tell the difference from the chemicals that they use versus other companies. Our lawns are greener, fuller and healthier.

Assamee is our tech and he does such an excellent job! He is such a personable young man, and pays attention to all details. He is pleasant, respectful of our property,and talks with us and tells us what needs to be done and how he's going to fix.(But we don't need anything fixed anymore! 😜) We GET SO MANY COMPLIMENTS ON OUR YARD, AND IT'S ALL BECAUSE OF ASSAMEES WORK! Thank you sir for all you do! We are definitely happy customers! Better keep him Luvalawn!

From the time I called Kalen to the end of the job they were very responsive. Very nice crew and did a great job taking down a tree and stump grind. Cleaned up my yard well. Thank you all so much! I appreciate all the hard work

Chris, Ryan and Kalen came to work on my palm trees that needed some tlc. Ryan took the time with me to go over everything in my yard that was affected by the frost and helped me decide was needed to be replace or not. The work they did. on my trees was exceptional! Knowledgable, professional, friendly and affordable. I would highly recommend them!

They took care to fulfill all aspects of the details on our estimate, and stayed in contact with us throughout the job process, ensuring all work was to our liking. A family-run business, A&Z Outdoors II arrived on time and provided a free estimate on the spot for my tree removal. The crew came out when they said they would, they cut down and hauled away several trees and they cleaned up after. They did a great job for a great price, I recommend A&Z outdoors II and will use them again.

These tree guys are amazing! Very professional. They took down a huge dead oak tree in a day and left my yard completely clean. I will definitely use them again.

Fantastic job! Cut down 3 over 60’ Norfolk Island Pines that we lost in the freeze. Also took down a ton of vines that were strangling my oaks. Cleaned up like they were never there! Thank you for a job well done!

Very dependable company. Had a large broken limb over our house and this crew used all safety measures to make sure it came down with no damage to are roof. Highly recommend
