When I contacted the place because I needed their services, I explained to them everything they asked me what they needed and we were in agreement that they were gonna call me to have someone sent to my house. I just received a call and now I’m being told I have to leave a card on file even though that’s not what I was told and after everything and waiting, no one is being sent to assist me Even though I am willing to pay not too sure how they handle other service calls but this one was definitely not what they claim to be. I would think twice before using them. I see they responded by saying that they at least told me that the price is gonna be a specific amount. They did no such thing from my experience. They’re just not what they claim to be, but there was this other company that came and handled it and took care of it very quickly and their name was All city septic

This was my first time using Mr Rooter. I was very happy with my experience. We had Enrique as our plumber, he was amazing. Very clean, professional, well spoken. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy. Price was also very reasonable. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Most plumbers are rated either "good" or "better" than that. Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Palm Beach County has the rare distinction of being classified as the "best" plumber you can find! Knowledgeable and skilled workmanship and fair prices. A rarity in today's marketplace. I commend them to you.

Emergency toilet repair on Thanksgiving Eve. Technician response was timely and professional. He cleared the blockage and reset the toilet and left the bathroom clean and fully functional despite having to work in a crowded house on a very rainy night. HIGHEST MARKS.

Enrique was very experienced and made me feel at ease when my kitchen sink fell out of the hole!! He was very informative and told me exactly what he had to do. I would highly recommend!!!

I had a fantastic experience with Mike. Mike came last week to give me an estimate, and then came today to complete the job. Mike and his partner were extremely professional, cleaned up their work space, and cared for my home as if it were their own. Mike had to open my ceiling on my first floor to access the tub pipes for my second floor tub. He explained to me that he “always looks out for the next guy” and he carefully measured and opened a nice square for the dry wall work to go smoothly. Very happy and will use them again for future plumbing needs.

Daryl came to my house on the same day after 5pm as I had obstruction in both of my bathroom toilets and shower. He was a professional plumber and reviewed all the options before he started his work and gave me an estimate that was honored. He was great as he cleared from the sewer pipe (using an electric snake) all the way to the sewer cleanout. Thank you!

I had my 80 gal water heater leaking all over my garage and called Mr. Rooter. They sent a tech next day and fixed it right away. Thank you Rich. Awesome Job.

I called on a Monday morning and they arrived within 2 hours. Super speedy service. My clogged toilet ended up turning into a huge job where digging in the yard to find the clog had to be done. The plumbers were professional and got the job done by the end of the day. They worked in the hot sun all day until it was completed. I’m so impressed by the quality of service, I can’t recommend this company enough. 5 big stars!

I called for sudden extensive underground water leaking in 2 apartments; technician was polite, although when he did called his manager by phone height pressure sales tactics was pressured / directed on him. 800 dollars fee was requested for a thermal scan.The manager approach was exclusively sales driven and focused solely on upselling. disappointed. BBB should review their tactics.
