Short of staff for curbside. I don't understand what is the point of having curbside pickup if they don't have enough employees.

My son checked the website for all the items to build a porch. He then went up to Lowes Friday night 8/26. Paid them over 3k. And asked them if they would put the kit together so all he would have to do is come in Sat morning and pick the items up. Needless to say, the items were not ready. He talked to a manager and she said to give them 30 min and it will be ready. He left with his Son to get breakfast. Came back and found out the items had not started to be pulled.
Now I remember why we go to Home Depot.

They are a scam and send you direct to other companies like TrueGreen and they never stop calling.

I made an appointment with Billy for a Sunday at 1pm, at his request. The day before the appt, I texted to confirm. Billy confirmed the appointment, clarifying it was a window, he would be there between 1pm-2pm. On the day of the appt, I arrive at the location of the appt at 1pm. I sent Billy a message that I was there. Billy did not show, did not return text messages, answer the phone, or return voicemail. I wasted 2 hrs of my day, very unprofessional and bad customer service.

The crew was professional and knowledgeable and worked well together. They took down a very large tree situated in a difficult location. The lead guy knew exactly what to do and handled the job and equipment in an expert way. He was a good leader and very hard worker! We are thankful to have that tree gone and the area cleaned. They went above and beyond.
