Staff was very helpful! Wide variety of plants.

Short of staff for curbside. I don't understand what is the point of having curbside pickup if they don't have enough employees.

Got some beautiful new plant babies here. The plants seem to be well taken care of during their time at Lowes.

My son checked the website for all the items to build a porch. He then went up to Lowes Friday night 8/26. Paid them over 3k. And asked them if they would put the kit together so all he would have to do is come in Sat morning and pick the items up. Needless to say, the items were not ready. He talked to a manager and she said to give them 30 min and it will be ready. He left with his Son to get breakfast. Came back and found out the items had not started to be pulled.
Now I remember why we go to Home Depot.

Responded to my post on Facebook,. I called 3 times and spoke to someone. When they didn't call back with a quote, I decided they must not want the business and went elsewhere.

Great landscaping company. Marcus was very straight forward and put together a great plan. Work was done exceptional and fair priced.

Pivotal Landscapes installed my sod about a month back, it has been a great experience start to finish. With the instruction from Marcus my grass is full and strong. Great results and great customer service!

Doesn’t back up his “warranty”. $2000 in provista sod dead in less than 60
days. Marcus said “it looked good when we installed it”. He then offered a myriad of excuses on why it may have died and then refused to respond or remedy.

Marcus is the best. I just wish we had found him sooner. We had provista sod installed and our lawn has never looked better. He is quick, professional and friendly. He has even checked up to make sure everything looked good which we more than appreciate. We would absolutely recommend Marcus. I'm so happy with how our lawn turned out, thank you Marcus!

I paid for a yr maintenance service to Marcus and he never returned that was after he and his uncle the "electrician"charged me 1500$ to repair an electrical wire to my system . I would steer clear of this company they take your money run .
