First Class Air Conditioning

My AC went out the hottest week so far this year! We called first class and they gave me an appointment window. Eric arrived within that window, was very professional and found the problem fast and had us up and running in no time. He showed us our options and did exactly what we asked and quoted us a price. It’s nice to find an honest company that does good work!

I got the typical 3 quotes you should get for any big purchase. And First class definitely came in the most expensive. About $1700 more than the other two quotes I received. But between the customer service of their sales rep Kevin, the length of their warrenties, availability of excellent financing, cost of ongoing annual maintenance, and brand of the actual unit itself, it made going with First Class a no brainer. They were the best in all of those categories. A couple days after my unit was installed I noticed the side of the unit in the garage that does the return for the cool air was gapping open. I noticed it on a Saturday. I texted Kevin and he responded quickly with instructions on how to get the tech guy out to my house. The tech guy came out within an hr and fixed the issue. It’s been about a week and half now since the install and so far I couldn’t be happier.

We knew our air conditioning was original to our house and started struggling more and more, so we called First Class. Kevin came to our house to do an EXTREMELY thorough diagnosis. They came within two weeks and installed a new unit, handler, replaced all of our duct work, and installed a second return in our master in five hours. Kevin came during the install and also to a follow up a week later to ensure everything was going smoothly. Everyone was super professional, the pricing was reasonable, and we couldn’t be more pleased! We will recommend First Class to everyone!
