They installed my dishwasher. Less than a year later it, the bolts breakfast held it in. I contacted them about the installation, it had no top bracket attached, and they never responded.

Two guys show up with horrible attitudes. Complained the whole time how inconvenienced they were. Weren't capable of installing the ice maker, so they demanded my wife give them $155 cash because they couldn't install it. They have a strong distaste for their occupation. Choose a different job!

Referred by Famous Tates. Followed up and talked to Caleb about surveying our kitchen before having appliances installed, as well as installing them when available. Seemed to forget our conversation a week later when I called to schedule. Made an appointment for the survey but no one ever showed up or called.

This is my first time ever writing a negative Google review. That should tell you something.
Do not hire this company, especially if you are a female. In my personal experience, I found them to be incredibly sexist. I was made to feel very uncomfortable and treated me like I was a dumb incompetent female. It was the worst home improvement experience I've ever had.
My first interaction with Premier was when they came to my home to take measurements. This is a service that Premier requires when you hire them through Famous Tates to install new appliances. The purpose of this measuring service is to ensure that the appliances the customer purchased will fit in the space where they will be installed. As a side-note, this measuring service costs $50 and is required to be paid in CASH. Not sure why, but only cash was accepted.
On the day of installation, they did not arrive with one of the appliances that they were supposed to deliver and install (dishwasher). Apparently, the dishwasher had a tiny scratch on it, so they unilaterally decided not to bring it even though I'd already purchased and paid for it. I would have appreciated being given the option of accepting it as is, as the scratch was small and we are currently without a dishwasher.
Later when attempting to install the microwave, they incorrectly stated that the microwave was the wrong size and would not fit. This was incredibly surprising, as they are the ones who required me to pay them $50 in cash to come out and measure prior to them delivering and installing the appliances.
When I questioned them on this, one of the employees became angry and very hostile and refused to accept responsibility. He actually said it was my fault that the microwave didn't fit, even though he's the one that measured for it! Unreal. After that unprofessional outburst, he left without installing anything, even the appliances that would actually fit. I've never had anyone walk out on a job before like that. It was shocking.
As for the sexism, I was repeatedly badgered by them about my countertop installation, which had nothing to do with them at all. The counters were installed and finished the day before Premier came, which I told them was going to happen. For some reason, they did not take my word for this. They insisted on me providing them with updates the day the counters were installed, as if I I had nothing else better to do. I was contacted and made to send a photo of the counters completed, despite my verbal assurances and text messages saying that the counters were installed and the hole had been cut for the cooktop. I would have been willing to overlook that sexism and probably would have dismissed it as an annoyance. But the behavior of the employee that Premier sent to my home was also atrocious, which is why I am taking the time to write my first ever negative Google review.
In summary, no, I would never recommend this company to anyone I cared about.

Charlie and team did a great job on my Cafe Series gas range install. So grateful my rep at Famous Tate in Oldsmar Jim Quigley recommended them.
On time, knowledgeable and the owner Charlie went above and beyond in terms of customer service to make sure we had our stove working after my electrician put in the wrong outlet.
He came back out and fixed it for a very fair price on a Saturday just so we wouldn’t be without a stove/oven for the entire Labor Day weekend.
I would absolutely recommend them for all your appliance installation needs.
