We are pleased with the job that Giovanni and Jetsael completed at our three story townhouse. After we showed them around and explained a few things, they careful prepped our home and set up their equipment. They started with the interior air handlers and then vents on the third floor. Each vent was removed and cleaned/sanitized. The team "whipped" the ducts with a contraption powered by a hand held cordless drill. The duct was "painted" with a hospital grade paint that essentially sealed it.

Giovanni and Jetsael took before and after pictures of each duct opening. It was impressive. They did a good job of cleaning up as they completed each duct.

The entire process took from 10am to 6:30pm.

They are thorough! My ducts were found to have been contaminated and very dirty, they came in and cleaned them out, sanitized them and installed a UV light in my air handler, the musty smelly Oder is gone and it feels so much better in my house !

Real Duct Cleaning was amazing! They gave us a quote the same day that we called and Brandon was extremely knowledgeable. They were able to do the work the next day. They cleaned mold in the HAVC system including the unit and all vents. The air already feels so much better!

I’ve tried several duct cleaning services over the years and I never noticed a difference in my household air quality. But I did them anyway because I was sure it was needed. This company went above and beyond what I asked. The best part was that the morning after the entire house was serviced both my husband and I noticed we woke up allergy free and breathing better. I wish I would have done this years ago. Run don’t walk if you have allergies

This has been life changing! The mystery stink in our house is gone and so is our asthma, sneezing and itchy eyes. Our only regret is that we didn't do this 4 years ago. Jay and the team did a great job and even took the time to answer my million questions throughout the process. Thanks guys! :-)

Alex and Gio were absolutely incredible to work with. The before and after photos they shared were epic. Super glad to have this issue taken care of, and to know our home is protected from mold etc. They were prompt, friendly, and professional. Would highly recommend to anyone with an issue!

I’m so happy we decided to go with Real Duct Cleaning! They did an outstanding job. Our home has two AC units with different types of ducting—one of which had fiberglass insulation inside that was filled with mold. Brandon quickly identified the issue and offered a great solution to remove the mold and properly encapsulate the fiberglass.

Once the job was finished, the difference was immediate—the air smelled fresh and clean. Even our kids are coughing much less, and we can truly feel the improvement in our indoor air quality. I highly recommend Real Duct Cleaning!

Jay and Giovanni came promptly at 9, calling before they arrived. They showed me some pictures of the vents and the 2 inches of dust or whatever it is was gone. Brandon came to give me the estimate and explained everything in details I could understand. And they left my house cleaner that it was when they came. We had a great experience with this company! The technicians did a very thorough job and they were here for over five hours doing a deep cleaning of our entire system. We noticed a huge difference in the air quality afterwards, and I no longer had to clear my throat all the time. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I had severe mold growth in my HVAC blower and through my duct system. I called RDC and Rod came to inspect my issue and quote me on the job they would be able to do. He knew exactly how to approach the mold remediation, without me having to rip out my whole air duct system and deal with a costly replacement. He painted a very thorough picture of their step-by-step process of sanitizing and they even installed a UV Light to shine on my blower and coils at a fraction of the cost that most AC companies were quoting me. Rod was very patient, he answered every question that I had and left a great impression of a trustworthy professional in an industry I was new to as a Canadian having recently moved to Florida (a huge difference in climate and air quality purification due to the humidity). I booked an appointment and Heather, Ana, Darryl, and Monica who all arrived and got to work right away! They did a phenomenal job and I’m very happy!!
