Stay away from these people. Choose literally anybody else to install your solar panels! We chose Greenhouse Solar and Air to install solar panels on our home and it was a disaster. The contract was signed in September, the panels installed in November. On installation day, we found out they had not gained all of the approvals necessary to install. Because of Greenhouse’s sloppiness, it took 3 more months (and three visits by the county) to get the building permit finally approved. This was because Greenhouse took that long to get the inspections scheduled and then, when they were finally scheduled, did not have the proper paperwork. For the same reason (sloppiness and lack of attention to detail and lack of diligence), it took three more months and three more attempts to gain approval to operate the panels from Duke. So, all in all, we paid for the panels for almost 6 months before they were even able to be used - and the delays were all due to Greenhouse Solar’s lack of diligence and professionalism. Our calls, texts and emails were frequently met with no response at all, yet alone any action. We even tried getting the BBB involved but Greenhouse is not BBB approved and they responded to our complaint with deflections and falsehoods. I pray nothing ever goes wrong with our panels because I have zero faith based on our experience that Greenhouse will stand by its word and honor their warranty.

Great company friendly customer service quick response times and the system is wonderful. We’ve had it for six years now it’s always taking care of if there is an issue in a timely manner. They use SolarEdge as the converter brand and Mission Solar Energy Panels that are very efficient in producing the KW hours promised

Fantastic visit from Bryan and Dana regarding our solar panels. Very knowledgeable and provided wonderful information. Definitely recommend working with these two if in the market for solar panels.
