Was not honest and up front about pricing. I was told one thing then charged additionally. Jennifer specifically told me the test and certify for a backflow was included in a 400$ repair charge then they billed me for it anyway. Very dishonest people in my opinion.

I recently purchase the property so I didn't know what to expect. This company did all the work from contacting the city to completing the work, great communication throughout. These are not reputable people. Loaned .this business thousands of dollars in May 2025 to keep the company solvent. The loan expiration date of December 31, 2025 has come and gone with no repayment and the owner Billy along with Faith have cut off all communication. Choose wisely who you decide to do business with!
