We hired them mainly for the termite issues, and they have done an awesome job removing and eliminating them completely. They are very transparent and honest and they do great job. Julio the rep and Steve the technician did a wonderful job. They explained every aspect of the job, were very patient with us and all of our questions and completed the project within the time schedule. This is the first time we have hired Orkin and for sure will not be the last.

I have been client for more than 10 years and they charged me 15% more because of new year. I call and the agent Wilson Quintero said that they emailed me with that information. I didn't or haven't received anything related to change of price. I decides to cancel this contract, and asked Mr Quintero to send me an email indicating that service was cancelled because I wanted to prevent possible new charges. He refused to do it, never the less I mentioned that was not so much to ask since others emails have been sent to set appointments and asking for reviews.
It is so sad that the good service received by technician, is overshadowed for "customer service agent".

Today our home was inspected by Arturo Fonseca, complying w a 1 year inspection after termite tenting our home w Orkin. Arturo was very professional confirmed our appt by text, worked within my time limits, was timely, very thorough, respectful, generous with answering my numerous questions, at the end, gave me a clear summary of our situation, recommendations for solutions, most of which are already included in the package deal we made w Orkin. It was a joy seeing Orkin taking the lead in the follow up inspection and confirming that subsequent minor treatments are already included in our package. Orkin is a solid well known company they work w integrity and keep their promises. I highly recommend them, they are less expensive than some of their competitors. I look forward to continue working with Arturo, knowing he’ll be touching base w me as we go forward.

On Sept. 2nd, an Orkin tech showed up at our property (house number 1432) to inspect the ground termite traps. Unlike on previous occasions, I did not receive a call from Orkin to schedule the inspection. The tech showed up when we were in the middle of major tree trimming work so he was unable to have access to most of the traps. Please make sure I receive a call to properly schedule a date and time as our gates are normally locked and tech have no access to the property. Thank you.
