I am a tenant living in an apartment, and I called the company because my AC was leaking . Eduardo Morales; the owner of the company, did a same day service. He is very professional and reliable at his job. When he has a job to do, first, he contacts the owner of the property by phone and email to let them know that he is going to the place to check what the problem is. When in the property, he called the landlord to explain what the issue is,the time that will take to fix it, and the price that the owner agreed to pay. Right away, he started actively working. When the work was done, he called the landlord; sent pictures before and after and the invoice by email.
Highly recommended business 👌 Don't hesitate to call them.

Winston has been incredible! I would 10/10 recommend. He is polite and respectful and fast and always arrives when he says he will be there,(which is rare in this city). On top of that he does great work and completes every job we've called him for! He is efficient and accurate, he doesn't cut corners. And you can tell he takes pride in his work. I am calling him every time!

In addition to installing my new AC unit, Eduardo realized air wasn’t getting to one side of the house…an issue we’ve had for a long time. I thought the new AC unit might’ve fixed it, but that wasn’t the case. So Eduardo climbed up and walked the round the whole attic. He found that the issue was with an air duct that was damaged. Turns out my ac was cooling the attic instead of the rooms for the last 5 years. But Eduardo came the next day to resolve the issue, and now my whole house is being cooled right in time for summer. Incredible work by Ed Vertex. Highly recommend.

Eduardo is a highly experienced technician, with many years of experience. He will always get the solution. In addition to his honesty, he is always kind in dealing with the customer. I definitely recommend it.

I'm extremely satisfied with the air conditioning technician's work. My unit wasn't functioning correctly, and I had issues with the code, but he rectified everything to bring it up to code. The technician was efficient and successfully restored my air conditioner to perfect working condition. Excellent service!

Eduardo has helped me incredibly when I was having issues with my A.C with a strong humidity problems inside the house. It was 2021 and after hiring other contractors and spending considerable amounts of money with no resolution , not only did he show up on time and but identified and resolved the issue with the AC. He explained all details thoroughly, he is a professional and charge reasonable price for his services. Since then, he is the only one I call to service my package unit on the roof. I recommend him without hesitation.

We had our AC not working and after reaching out to the Ed Vertex, they came to look at the problem. Turns out that the drain line was clogged. They cleared the line and cleaned the coil inside. Very professional and friendly. I couldn't be happier. They came all the way from the Miami area to Naples since I could not get anyone around here to help.

Edwardo and his crew are very professional, honest and fair. I had them replace my central AC unit and they did a fabulous job. They are very clean, decent people and punctual. They did everything up to code. I highly recommend them for any AC services you need.

I used this company to repair a blown circuit in my AC unit. The repair service man was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I believe I was invoiced a very fair price for the work + service provided. I will use this company again for my next AC servicing. Highly recommended.

Service performed does not has any warranties. Used their service and paid $250 for replacing the capacitor and a burned connector. Happy for the work. After one month the unit stopped working, I called Mr. David Figuredo for service and after making an appointment for 4 pm, he send another contractor that came at 6:30pm to fix the capacitor and wiring once again, no warraties since he just called another person to fix his work without warranty. At the end I have to pay almost the same amount for the same problem after just one month. Don't trust this company.
