Quality at its finest!!

Terrible customer service! If you don't look the part, they assume you are not a serious customer. I could go anywhere to get a new kitchen, any price! Wasted my time!

Great design center. All major brands and excellent European designers with the latest ideas and tendencies at a great price. Love them.

The BEST. End-to-end, Michael and his team were honest, hardworking- they thought of everything. Very detail-oriented, impeccable taste, extremely responsive. I just had my guest bath and my house flooring redone. Michael at Meltini Kitchen and Bath is an exceptional designer. He made sure that the vision that he designed reflected in his workers hands. My wife and I are extremely happy and would highly recommend Meltini Kitchen and Bath.

We would never recommend this contractor. Salesperson (Michael, Ft Lauderdale) could sell you the Brooklyn Bridge however horrible follow thru once the contract is signed. Main installer was away when our project started so they hired a sub that had no knowledge of how to install cabinets. Could not make straight cuts on the material, chips in the material, no level on site, 2 broken cabinets, etc. Took off a week until regular installer came back from vacation and try to salvage the materials. Countertop sub came in and had wrong size countertop but pushed it into area so when the refridge was installed it didn’t fit. Panel is bowed but they squeezed refridge in which now rubs every time you open. Other countertop did not sit level as a portion was raised off cabinets, seam looked horrible and there were small slashes in the material. Complained to Meltini who did nothing. Two weeks after 1 yr. warranty countertop exploded which was the countertop cracking from the pressure from not sitting on the cabinets. Spoke to Meltini and they said it should be under warranty but “be patient, it takes time”. They delayed 2 months to have contractor, Acropolis Marble & Tile inspect. After inspection and repeated emails back to Meltini on status and inform him now under cabinets lights also don’t work he said nothing is covered. We let a lot of poor workmanship slide by so we could get finished with the project but awful workmanship from this contractor (all areas), cracked countertop, faucet not functioning properly, undercabinet lights not working, incorrect installation of the garbage disposal. Contractor and his subs treated our home horribly, no regard for the rest of the area in our home. Mixed cement on our remaining floors which we had to scrape off (by us), filth beyond typical construction filth (we are in the construction industry) and never sent a cleaning crew as stated in the contract. I can go on but I think I made my point. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CONTRACTOR>

After buying a home that was vacant for years, I was introduced to Michael Loukas (owner) and Tommy Jones at Meltini Kitchen & Bath. There was so much work that needed to be done. Both Michael and Tommy took on the challenge. From that point on, they took full responsibility and took the burden off of me. They did a complete remodel and designed a beautiful kitchen, replaced all the floors, painted the entire inside of the house along with new trim, replaced all the interior and exterior doors and refurbished the inside of all my closets. The job was meticulously done! Every detail was done to perfection. No matter what situation would arise, Michael would always say, “don’t worry, I will take care of it!” And, that is exactly what he would do! He took care of everything and it was always done to perfection! It was a pleasure to work with both Michael and Tommy! I highly recommend Meltini Kitchen and Bath for any project you need in your home. You will not be disappointed! I couldn’t have done it without them! Trust me, they are top notch!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Michael and Anna at Meltini Kitchen & Bath. Michael is a meticulous designer whose aesthetic acumen goes beyond what I personally could have envisioned. Anna, his assistant, was an excellent project manager who kept me informed and understood my desire to be involved with the bathroom remodeling job. Michael stayed within my budget, and his prices were competitive for the high-end Toto toilet and hardware that I wanted. I had done comparison shopping, and found his estimate to be better than his competitors. Michael inspected the job and helped make the permit process manageable. He hires wonderfully skilled painters, cabinet and electrical technicians. If he sees something is not done right, he will make sure that it meets your expectation. In order to stay within my budget, Michael and Anna patiently guided me as I purchased the light fixture. You will not be disappointed with the work that Michael and his team provides at Meltini Kitchen & Bath in Fort Lauderdale. I am enjoying my remodeled bathroom, and saving money to get the next job done with Meltini Kitchen and Bath!

Meltini redid our three bathroom several years ago and based on our experience, we recently completed a complete kitchen remodel. The workmanship and design updated our 1985 condo into a contemporary home.
Michael helped us work many alternatives during the design process until we were completely satisfied with our choices, I strongly recommend them to anyone planning bath and or kitchen improvements.

We hired Meltini kitchen and bath to handle the complete remodel of our condo, and we couldn’t give them higher praise! The detailed craftsmanship and professionalism was beyond our expectations. Their communication was exceptional as we were not on site during the project and our neighbors even complemented them as they were never inconvenienced. In the end, they met our budget while exceeding our expectations.

I am using Meltini Kitchen and Bath for the second time. They did a beautiful job on my complete Kitchen remodel and tiling of my unit's floors. Now I am having my bathrooms redone. I didn't shop around this time since they come when they are supposed to and the work is outstanding. Just having contractors coming when they say is a rarity in FL. Michael has great taste and a good eye for color coordination. He also makes good recommendations. I drove him a bit crazy with my master bathroom desgin, but it will be beautiful. I highly recommend them.

I have remodeled with Michael and Meltini for almost a decade. Very professional, extreme attention to detail and gives great design advise while also paying attention to your own taste. Extremely attentive to every part of a remodel no matter how big or small. One of the best qualities of Meltini is that once a customer, always a customer and will come address any issue years later. Never an issue with install or the quality, but I scratched up my wood cabinets and he came to help touch them up. They take great pride in their work. So thoughtful and caring! Just purchased a new home and I would have no else but them because I trust their design, quality and integrity! Can’t wait for the new project to begin! I will post pics when all is done! Definitely use Meltini for all projects big and small!

Meltini Kitchen and Bath Designs are absolutely the best! They just completed a kitchen remodel for us and to say the end result exceeded our expectations is an understatement. We are so grateful for Meltini Kitchen & Bath Design for their exemplary work and detailed craftsmanship. Not only do they have a plentiful showroom, but the also make the best cappuccino in town! We had gotten estimates from several different companies before we were recommended Meltini Kitchen & Bath Design from friends, and we could not be more satisfied with the job. Originally, this was supposed to only be a new kitchen installation project, however when we experienced the professionalism, friendly service, and immaculate work, we decided to extend our project and also include the flooring in the entire house. The tile work was expert and constructed seamlessly with the molding which was painted to our specificity. We want to thank Meltini Kitchen & Bath Design and praise them for a job well done. We cannot wait to recommend them to friends and see more of their beautiful work!

This review is long overdue, and I want to express gratitude to Meltini Kitchen and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great and reliable kitchen and bath company.

Meltini redesigned and renovated my kitchen and added a brand new bathroom. It was a pleasure to work with the owner, Michael. From the initial meeting and throughout the entire renovation, he was extremely knowledgeable and attentive to my needs as a customer. Michael was not only my contractor/builder, but he also had on point suggestions regarding finishes and appliances. It saved me a lot of money as I did not have to use the interior designer for this part of my house renovation. Michael has a great taste, and he provided several options at different price points. He helped me to create a high end look for less.

I do have to mention one thing that I initially was uncomfortable with, but in the end, it did not impact the construction process at all. As a matter of internal company policy, Michael does not give out his cell phone number or any of his workers’s cell phone numbers. They explained that the reason for such policy was that they had a large number of customers, and it could create a lot of disruption for the workflow. At the beginning of the renovation, I was concerned about being able to get in touch with Michael or his supervisor in case of emergency without having anyone’s cell phone number. My concern turned out not to be an issue at all as Michael was always very responsive to my emails and calls to the office.
Moreover, Michael also very promptly responded to my request to help fix a chip on one of the kitchen cabinets which was several months after the construction was completed. He came to my house and personally repaired the chip, which took him a couple of days to do properly. This gets a five-star customer service rating in my book.

In sum, Michael did a wonderful job redesigning my kitchen and adding a new full bathroom. He created a space that is functional as well as beautiful, and I get a lot of compliments on my kitchen from anyone who visits my house. I highly recommend Meltini Kitchen and Bath.
