Broken shower door repair. They were sensitive to our needs - repair vs replace because we planned to remodel. Responsive - arrived the next day, repaired in a couple of hours for a reasonable price. Now considering them for a complete bath and kitchen remodel.

I perform the indoor air quality testing for DryZone and am always impressed with the work completed. The employees attention to detail and workmanship is top notch. I am happy to recommend this company to my customers.

They were at our place of employment within an hour from when we called for an emergency water issue. The techs went over and above by moving filing cabinets and putting them back after the carpet was dried. Would highly recommend them.

Not impressed with poor customer service. Got Dry Zone name from my condo Management company. Brad came out promptly and assured me he could start the restoration as soon as we got the corrected estimate approved by the association. Ten days later and
several emails a d voicemails to Brad, the corrected invoice was not submitted. Got a call from Brad today stating "he couldn't do the job, was too busy. I asked him why he didn't tell me that 10 days ago and wasn't able to give me a straight answer. Told me he would refer me to an "affiliate". Told Brad that the vendor was not one that the management uses. Turns out the "affiliate is not affiliated with Dry zone, but a company they pass off to when as a previous commenter noted that " the job wasn't lucrative enough. Thanks Dry Zone for setting me back 10 more days.

A very late night call, with an extremely timely response. They were in constant contact with us regarding the progress and "next steps". Always willing to answer questions, helping move dates up, very professional in every way. After all was done, they continued to contact about our satisfaction. Kept us informed about the cleanup and very timely response on a few small items that needed attention. Would highly recommend DryZone to anyone needing this type of service. Wish I could give 10 stars.

We recently experienced a flood that could have been devestating without Dry Zone's help. They immediately installed dehumidifiers that minimized the damage and made the repairs quickly and professionally. They worked with our insurance company and Homeowners' Association, and made a disaster more bearable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of flood repairs.

The estimator (Geoff) was on time for the initial appointment and was very knowledgeable and explained the scope of work to be performed. He sent me a very detailed estimate the next day as promised. Julio/H20 was here 30 minutes after he received the call from our management company, we had a leaking pipe. He was very professional. Did an excellent job. We had a fire on the 2nd floor of our house with extensive heat, smoke and water damage. Brian came out the very next day to meet with us along with my insurance adjuster and contractor. From the start I was very impressed with his knowledge and plan to get our house back to order as soon as possible. The Dry Zone team got started with work right away under the leadership of Fred and worked seven days per week until the job was complete. The entire Dry Zone team was excellant from start to finish and took great consideration with the work involved and our family's situation. They dealt directly with my adjuster and insurance compnay which made the process much easier. They made an extremely overwhelming and stressfull situation a lot easier to deal with. We've had Dry Zone in on a couple of occasions to take care of some water damage in our condo. The first week of January Terry & John were here to do remediation in our Kitchen, which required them to remove our less than one year old quartz countertops. We had been told by others to expect the worse... that 90% of the time countertops will break when removed. These guys, with the help of Julio, did a phenomenal job. Nothing appears damaged. They were courteous and thoughtful in all they did, and made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Each step of the process was communicated to us, and their work was impeccable. For the record, we've had Julio at our place on several occasions, and he is always professional and personable. Great crew.

It was a Tuesday afternoon and we were just getting ready to close the preschool for the night. There were just a few kids left and then we were going to go home! It was raining so hard outside we thought a train was coming in the school. Turns out, it was coming in the school. The gutters overflowed and began pouring water into the school at such a rate we couldn't keep up. The teachers jumped into action to attempt to dry up what we could. I know that there was way more water in the school than I could do myself, so I googled and Dry Zone was the first to come up. I didn't really know of any other businesses since I have never had this happen. Because our school cares for infants and up, I knew this had to be dried out the right way.
I made the call and I was so surprised at how quickly they jumped to get here to help me. Within 30 minutes I had the first tech out and a supervisor arrived shortly afterwards. Mike began assessing the damage and gave me a run down of what he felt needed to be done. I agreed with him. There was nothing extra added on and I didn't feel anybody tried to sell me anything. The 2 techs worked late into the night to get m school on its way drying.
The next morning Anna Marie met me here as soon as I opened the doors. She checked everything to make sure it was going the way it was supposed to. We had just opened the school just weeks before and the flooring was new. Anna Marie sat on the floor and hand dried each of the boards that were removed in the attempt to save them to reinstall. It worked, we were able to save the wood floors and reuse them.
Everybody at Dry Zone from the first call to the last was awesome to work with. I wish I could remember everybody's name to make sure they know how grateful I am for the job they did.

I contacted DryZone to check out my HVAC ductwork for mold following Irma's extended electricity outage. Geoff arrived within 3 hours to check things out and helped me understand situation. The ducts were cleaned and sanitized by Alex and Vlad. They were very professional and considerate. I was very pleased with the work and feel so much better that the ductwork has been cleaned.

The entire office is extremely professional and willing to go to any length to take care of any customer's needs.

Dryzone's Fred Maddox was essential in completing 2 large projects involving remediation and water damage. There is no job too big or too small and they treat the customers and their homes or buildings as if they were their own.

Today we had two Dry Zone representatives, Jason and
Tyler, clean our three bedroom carpets. They were efficient and thorough as they moved furniture and cleaned each area. I could not praise them enough!
