Got a great deal on some batteries and 3 pallets of panels. Frank and Billy were very friendly and helpful.

Messaged Conor Foy on Facebook 6/27/22. No response. Bumped him the next day to send invoice. He replied in several hours with a request for number and billing address and he would get it to me. Foolishly, I sent the info. No response. I think this is a scam and I walked into it. Be ware!

They owe us nearly 8k for pick up and storage of solar panels. It's been two months and we haven't received payment. We are sellinv his panels. Terrible company.

I ordered a pallet of Used (185 Watt)panels in November of 2022-- I did not realize that a hurricane had hit their town,which had knocked out their phone system-- After reaching them through Ebay Messaging,they gave me a Manager's Cell number and got the status of my order-- I was impressed with the speedy(Door-to-Door) delivery-- The Delivery guy was also very polite.. The panels are powerful enough to run my Hot Tub and other appliances.. The Company did a good job of finding something within my budget

There was a small mixup with my order (correct watts, wrong brand sent). I ended up keeping the ones I got because they still worked great for my application. Nevertheless, they made me whole on the price difference on the transaction and I was very pleased with the service. To me, all companies will make mistakes, it's how they handle them that makes the difference. Highly recommended.

I have been consistently impressed with gogreenman. Not only was the price better than anywhere else, but their salesman Eddy has helped me with the entire process. He helped develop the system plan and connected me with their engineer, Frank, who has filled in any blanks. Even when the shipping company they used accidentally broke some panels, Eddy helped get those exchanged for new ones and delivered them much faster than i expected. I will ONLY shop gogreenman for solar from now on.

I ordered 4 pallets of panels. Overall I am pleased with the value. And I was eventually refunded appropriately for damaged panels.

However, the process could have been smoother. Panels were delivered LTL, fully exposed and not crated. Several of the panels (about 7%) were damaged. I’d recommend all large panel deliveries be crated especially with LTL shipping. . Pallets used were low quality and company had trouble getting them off the truck.

In the future I will probably order from them again but next time I will arrange to pick them up myself
