HORRIFIC SERVICE, LIARS, CHEATERS, SCAM ARTISTS! INSURANCE FRAUD WAS EVEN CONDUCTED ON THE INSURANCE COMPANY THAT HIRED THEM! THEY WERE COMPENSATED FOR LEVELING THE FLOORS AND NEVER DID! LOSS WAS ALMOST 14 MONTHS AGO, AND THEY’RE STILL NOT DONE! WE LOST TENS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS DUE TO A LOSS THAT WAS OUT OF OUR CONTROL! STAY FAR AWAY FROM BELFOR! THEY CANT PAY ME TO USE THEM! A LEGAL TEAM HAS BEEN CONTACTED FOR ASSISTANCE!

Unbelievably bad! Supposed to finish pickleball courts at the Racquet Club on Marco Island 2 months ago and still not finished. They sub-contracted out the work and have not paid the sub-contractor who is about to take legal action - in the meantime, we pickleball players have only 1 court instead of 9 courts - you can imagine our frustration.

Stacie and her team has been an absolute dream to work with! Cannot recommend this place enough in our time of need!
If you want a team who goes above and beyond, this is the place. You will be taken care of.

We are so happy we went with Belfor’s local team in Fort Myers. We had a grease fire in our kitchen and they were on scene the same day providing cleanup services. This was a big repair and we had a great project manager Greg that was able to get our home put back together the right way and in a good amount of time. Belfor provided water restoration service for a leak in my home. They were timely to visit for an assessment and quick to provide an accurate quote. Their rep Russell was extremely responsive and easy to talk to. He helped explain the process and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I experienced a house fire three+ years ago, and unfortunately, the nightmare didn’t end there. Belfor was hired for the restoration, and to this day, we are still dealing with the aftermath of their cheap repair work and the many corners they cut throughout the process.

Not only was the quality of their work subpar, but the pace at which they operated was painfully slow. What should have been a step toward recovery became a prolonged, frustrating ordeal. We continue to discover issues from their so-called “repairs” and have had to fix many of them ourselves.

As if recovering from a fire wasn’t hard enough, Belfor made it worse. I would never recommend this company to anyone under any circumstance.
I’ve included a few pictures showing Belfor’s mistakes — both before and after we moved back home — following over five months of displacement. That delay was largely due to Belfor’s sluggish pace and their clear lack of urgency or compassion.
