Oscar’s team came to our rescue in a critical predicament. Mold everywhere plus the AC unit was a wreck. Oscar and his team responded with a sense of urgency in a very professional manner. Everything was put back to normal within 2 days which included HEPA cleaning throughout PLUS installation of a new AC unit… We could not be happier with the results: professional service in a timely manner. I highly would recommend ServPro Ft Pierce! We had a water leak that led to some mold build up and demolition required! We dealt with an amazing young man Brandon Salas who went above and beyond to help in every aspect of this situation, everyday!! He explained to us daily what was going on and trusted him 100% from the start. He returned calls and or emails in a timely fashion and was always available for us no matter what time of the day. Brandon even came and personally changed some filters, when I seemed concerned that they needed to be changed. He dealt quickly and professionally with our insurance company which was important to us!
As a sewer business owner myself I have personally used ServPro on many occasions !! This was the first time using FT Pierce and it was pretty impressive! It’s hard to get responsible good help these days and Brandon Salas is an exception !!!

Servpro Jensen Beach was in first . Our house manager, Anita, said those folks did a good job. We then got Servpro Pt. st Lucie. Mike Stanster, owner was excellent. Spoke with him on a few occasions. I was present at the end of the project. They also had people come up from Ft Lauderdale. Met Nick, Trophy, Brandon, Chris, Adriana, to name a few. Very friendly and courteous. Appears they did a good job at water mitigation after roof leak..
