otp, they assured certain services, only to completely deny their commitment later. failed to clean as promised. communication was also unprofessional, rude and dismissive. waste of time and money.

awful service, didn't clean anything and just complained about imaginary problems. Made up lies in order to avoid cleaning the designated area that we contracted them for. the only good review about this place is the owner, that should tell you everything you need to know.

Threw a party, and hired these guys to help. They barely cleaned the place, making excuses that “this wasn’t a normal cleaning job” and “for the work we did you underpaid us.” Clearly, this business does not have a parameter to what a “standard” cleaning job is. If they claim that some messes are too messy to clean up then really what good are they as a cleaning service to begin with. Miami is a DIRTY city, and there are cleaners that will do what is needed to get the job done. Clearly, 4K Cleaners does not have what it takes to work in Miami.

Ive been using 4K Cleaners for a long time now, they are always on time, price fairly for my 5 bedroom 2600 sq ft home, they always come with new dusters and cleaning towels, and use environmentally/pet friendly products which is great since i have kids and pets! I highly recommend their services!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with 4K Cleaners. First, they misled me by claiming a “discount” if I booked immediately over the phone, only for me to find out later that this wasn’t the case. The cleaning itself was subpar, and when I provided feedback, they responded with unprofessional, borderline hostile messages, trying to guilt-trip me into removing my review. They even stooped to personal insults, referencing my education and attempting to deflect blame onto me. Additionally, their claims about the condition of my home were exaggerated and unnecessary, clearly intended to justify their poor service. It’s evident from their tone and approach that customer satisfaction is not their priority. If you value professionalism, respect, and transparency, I strongly recommend avoiding 4K Cleaners. Their service and attitude were absolutely unacceptable.
