Terrible compagnie, ennuyante, compulsive!!!

It's a front. They just take your money

They took my deposit and after 5 months they still haven’t delivered or responded back. They’re thieves...

Easy-peasy bolt-up kit. Didn’t have to buy anything it was all ready for me and my two friends to put together.

The crew are awesome guys and we thank y'all so much for going the extra mile to make sure we were very satisfied!!!👍🏻

Didn't get all that we was promised never sent the insulation that we paid for so we had to buy all the insulation 10,000.00 dollars worth, but they did try to compensate us by sending a 1500.00 check that we sent back to them.And they sent the wrong color for the roof.I Would not recomend them to send the steel for a dog house and by the way that 1500.00 check probably wouldn't pay for the insulation for it.

Highly recommend this company if you are in the market for a steel building. Thank you for being very responsive and understanding, this is a great company!!

Polar Steel Buildings are a great steel construction company. They build affordable steel buildings that are long lasting and durable. They build buildings of all sizes and shapes and they are great at what they do.

Worst customer service of all time . There all over it when they are trying to get your money. Ive left message after message I've left emails. Nothing. Not even sure if its a real company pretty sure I got scammed out of my 9 thousand dollar deposit. Wouldn't recommend these crooks to my worst enemy

After doing extensive research on several companies out there, I decided to go with Polar Steel Bldg, they offered competitive prices and the customer service was phenomenal, the process itself was very smooth. We’re very satisfied and will be recommending them to our friends and family.

We needed a bigger shed as the previous one had a lot of wear and tear and did not have much storage space. The price they quoted us was within our budget but most importantly it was their quality work and customer service that made the difference.

We bought a building and had great communication with Ray. We are ready to receive our building and now we cannot get ahold of anyone. We have left several message and are currently in Hialeah trying to figure out what the problem is. The address provided is not their office in Hialeah. We paid several thousand dollars as a down payment and we are no where. If you are the owner please call us. Leaving messages on your general phone is not working.

I am very disappointed in polar steel and would not recommend them to anyone. Ashley was the salesperson I dealt with and was real attentive at first until I signed the contract then no help at all. They gave me a bid for the building and one for one of there premier contractors to put it up with concrete floor. Which was a good price however after signing the contract and putting money down I wanted to talk to the contractor to make a plan, after weeks of calling almost daily I finally got a phone number to contractor. When I got in Touch with Shannon the contractor I was informed there was no way she could do it for agreed price to the tune being short about $14000. So never could talk to Ashley after that, could not get ahold of her. So after calling repeatedly I get to talk to John and for a couple months promised to make it right never happened, instead I get legal papers from the actual building manufacturer saying they are putting a lien on my property because polar steel never paid them for my building. Which I had paid in full for. I now had to hire legal council to get that straightened out. Took a month or so. Ended up having to erect building myself so money would work out, and in the end had to hire a welder for a day to fix what the manufacturer did wrong. Another $1000 Spent. John said he would cover legal fees, well we all know how that went (did not happen). So long story short I would not buy a dam thing from these crooks, very unprofessional and are not up front about all hidden costs and they don’t pay there bills so could cause you to pay twice for your building. If there were negative stars I would give 3 negative stars to polar steel.

We have waited patiently to have a problem resolved with a building we purchased from Polar back in March 2020 from Ashley. After 2 weeks of no contact and after repeated calls.. we recieved a call from John stating that he is taking our purchase over and that Ashley is no longer over seeing this build.
We feel we have been given the run around by sales ever since.. deliver dates not correct, no communication for weeks ect.. We went with Polar because of the there customer service and better pricing rather then going local.
We purchased your building because it was already in the building process from a previous customer that backed out and it fit our specs.

Ashley was our first point of contact. We were supposed to have doors included. We contacted John again and again...
As soon as we paid Polar in full, the communication stopped. Polar was paid and we were left in the breeze to figure things out on our own. When we originally were given the plans the doors were not on the engineering plans. Ashley was contacted and she stated that she would make sure that they were.
Communication on delivery for the building was last minute and when we were given the date the delivery changed. We rented the equipment to unload the materials off the truck, out of pocket expenses wasted. Then materials show up 2 weeks later and pieces are missing!

John contacted us about the missing pieces and said that they would be on another truck coming from Texas in about 2 weeks. Those pieces did arrive however, We still do not have doors.

Horrible experience and we do not recommend them.
Here we are end of May 2020 and still no contact from Polar..
