I highly recommend Titan restorations. The plumbing guy they sent out to my house (Robert) is amazing! I have been an emotional roller coaster with this bathroom flooding for days. Within 15 minutes of being in my home the problem was solved! I feel so blessed and relieved!

I walked in my home completely flooded with water after a pipe burst and was overwhelmed. Found their information on Google, they came right away and removed all of my flooding, tried to to saved some of my valuables going above and beyond and moving them to higher ground so that they would not get ruined. Left ample amount of dryers and heavy equipment to move the air and prevent mold. Fast, reliable, and stuck to their word, Y'all made an overwhelming disaster bearable. Efficiency and work ethic showed in all of your employees! I cannot thank you guys enough!

Showed up lightning fast when I had an emergency, was super communicative and helpful. Held my hand all the way through til everything was wrapped up and di a phenomenal job. Don't have enough good things to say about them, real class act company!

This company provides the WORST customer service. We requested a roof inspection, they scheduled a date (Monday) and time between 9 to 11 am, and they called me at 4:30 pm the same day of the appointment asking for access. The worst part is that the technician didn't know what was the job about. So he told me that he will call me back, and he never called back. I waited for a call on Tuesday but didn't get any. I called them on Wednesday and they said they rescheduled for next Monday at the same time... They called me around 2 asking about access info and I said that they have to bring their own ladder, so he postponed because he didn't have the ladder. Apparently, they went to inspect the roof without letting me know. And I found out because I called them!!!! At this point how do I trust that they went, they charge by the hour, and they can say they were there for 5 hours. Anyway, then the manager told me that they will send me a report, which I never got. 1 week went by and no call from them. Called them yesterday (Monday), and left a message and of course, nobody called me back.

UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY!!! IF YOU NEED THEIR SERVICE, LOOK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY.

Wasted all the time and effort. I could have lost my job for their inefficiency and lack of work ethics.
