Admin office is extremely rude, overpriced, not honest, and very slow to respond.

Their employees cane into the Publix at nocatee without masks and went to the food court. I would nit use such a company if they do not care for others safety

Last week at the Daily's in Nocatee, an employee of Tri-County Electric backed into my husband's car, scratched the front of it and then raced out of the parking lot. My husband followed him as best he could and was able to get the truck number and a description of the employee. He called the company several times before being able to speak to the owner who stated that he recognized the description as his employee, Austin, and he would look into it. The following day, he informed my husband that he would not be repairing the scratch on the car caused by his employee because he had no proof that he did it. (I guess the truck number and description were not enough?!)
A business owner that will not step up and take responsibility for the actions of his employees is not to be trusted, nor is the employee that does not accept responsibility and stay at the scene of an incident such as this. Neither of the individuals should be trusted to work in our homes in Nocatee or anywhere else in my opinion. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
