I can’t speak for the actual business but the owner is amazing! I was recently there for the GA/FL football game and parked in her lot. I was having a very stressful day and she showed me a lot of kindness and was very willing to help me in a time of need. If she treats her business this way then I know it’s amazing! Leon with Fast track is the BEST in the business. Not only is he a man of his words but he adds some extra input in your interior designing ideas. He's hands on at your job, he's very professional and I would not had survived my remodeling job without him. We started our remodeling with a terrible contractor, we fired him after constant screw ups. Someone told us about Leon at Fast Track and he came in gave us an estimate, did everything he said and much more. His crew is Awesome and I have nothing but High respect for Leon. I live on the Ribault River and I promise you that my house is so BEAUTIFUL and up scale because of Jesus Christ and Jesus sending Leon from Fast Track to us. Words cannot express the joy that I feel every time I walk into my newly renovated home. It was always a dream of mine to have a home that looked like a HGTV home. Who would have ever imagined that Fast Track builders, made that dream a reality. I own a 1970 house that was turned into a 2018 dream home. The surperd design and expertise that Fast Track builders invested in my home is a truly a cut above the rest.

Fast Track builders did a superior job on the roof on my home. They where quick and very efficient! Believe me they had their work cut out as my roof had not been replaced in a while. From start to finish I was very pleased with the services they provided. I would recommend them to anyone!!

All of the Fast Track Construction team made the experience very easy and stress free. We worked with Leon on creating the right floor plan for our house and we got exactly what we wanted. We were living in South Florida during the entire building process so communication was critical. We worked with Leon on all of the details of construction and he was always planning ahead and letting us know when he needed decisions or when we needed to be in Jacksonville. Mary and her team tackled a remodel project for me that was not only on schedule, but under budget. Breaking Ground Contracting paid attention to the most minor of details resulting in a very functional and beautiful final outcome.

A great contractor. During the past several years, they've done for me -- one new commercial construction project on the Westside, and one two story renovation in the city core. They are about to begin a three story renovation project, also in the city core. I've great confidence in this contractor, as they've demonstrated consistent ability to proceed with efficiency to solve problems and guide each project to superior results.

Breaking Ground and Mary did a phenomenal job on my spa space! Mary is attentive and gets the job done. She took lead of my project and everything flowed smoothly. What I like most is that everything they completed in space, they followed completely through. Mary was involved in the permitting process and even corresponded with my property managers when needed. She was flexible with my budget and was the only contractor willing to get me what I needed within the amount I was willing to invest. Mary is pleasant to communicate with and always follows up where necessary. I highly recommend Breaking Ground Contracting for remodel work!
