Gutters 4 Less

You won't know if they did a good job until it rains, then grab an umbrella and inspect. I found that water was leaking behind the gutter, good luck getting them back to fix anything. They said they would stop by on a specific day, I waited all day, no show, would not answer my calls or texts . . . wasted my time, poor work quality.

Purchased gutters and gutter guard. Cannot complain about installation, gutters work as they should. However, after only 3 months the gutters have dark streaks down the front. Manager says these are "tiger stripes" and are normal. "Any dirt and leaves on top of leaf protection will get wet and saggy and that access moisture to run off causing stripes." She said it is up to us to scrub the gutters with bleach when this happens. So now instead of occasionally cleaning leaves from the inside of the gutters we have to scrub the outside of our gutters every 3 months?? We requested the company remove the gutter guards and refund the cost but they would not agree to do this.

I have used Gutters 4 Less in the past in a previous business. I am now a business owner for a roofing company and have damaged gutters on a property. I called to see if there was someone I could speak with to maintain a relationship with because in my line of work gutters unfortunately do get damaged. The women named Natalia was extremely rude. She told me a minimum charge and then proceeded to tell there’s zero interest in a relationship, especially with a roofing contractor because they all take months to pay. I said okay, I’d just like to speak with your supervisor because making an assumption I will not pay and telling me so, when I’d be happy to pay upfront is rude. She interrupted me multiple times and just said she’s the manager and I’m not allowed to speak to anyone else. What an awful way to communicate with someone that wants to not only bring you business today but in the future. If I was the owner or general manager id want to be aware of this behavior.
