Very disappointed with this company.
My A/C unit has had problems since day one and has never operated correctly. Multiple repair attempts by A/C Design failed to fix the original equipment unit installed with the new house build and actually the original installation mistakes contributed to the unit’s current, compromised condition.
The discounts offered do not come close to reflecting the seriousness of the situation or the company’s responsibility for the initial mistakes and ineffective repairs. The proposed solution feels inadequate and unfair given the history.I urge company leadership to step in, re-evaluate their policy on how they treat warranty issues, and do the right thing.
