System proposed was at a very high price. We chose to find a more affordable option.

We signed a contract for a new furnace and installation. In April we received the furnace but no installation. My husband kept calling and he was always giving him one excuse after the other for why it has not been installed but the manager said he would call at the end of the week but as always he never called us. Now he will no longer answer my husband’s calls. We have no answers as to when we will have installation. We are paying for a furnace that will not heat our home because it is not INSTALLED. Winter will be here in a few months, what will we do?

A disaster from day one. Since my very first interaction with this company, it has been an absolute disaster. My first contact with them was 4 years ago almost to the day. I travel quite a bit so I had them come out and give us a price and we made arrangements to come back for me to sign the paperwork the next day when I arrived home. They quoted my wife $7000, the next day when they came back for me to sign the paperwork, it was now 9600. The salesman had to.”call his manager” to get a discount back to my original price from the day before. It was the same sales person that had been there the 24 hours earlier. I was hesitant, but we needed air conditioning so I arranged for them to install it the next day. They did show up but weren’t prepared the next day so after numerous phone calls and frustration, they came a week later and installed my AC unit. it has broken down every single year at this time. Last year I stupidly agreed to a service plan that would be every six months. They started calling me the next day telling me my six month check up was due and called my wife’s phone so many times after we explained we wanted to wait until it was actually due that we wound up having to block their number on her phone. my birthday present this year was my AC going out just like every previous year. I called them and made arrangements for this morning. I asked for first stop, but they promised 8 to 12. Called them at 12 because I didn’t expect them to show and indeed, they hadn’t. they told me they would have a dispatcher called me right back. At 12:30, not hearing from a dispatcher, I called them. They promised I am their next stop. I will update this if they do anything close to meet expectations, but there is a really good reason. This company has a one and a half star rating. I’ve asked for the general manager to call me, pretty sure that won’t happen.
