I had been using a specific A/C company for the past few years, until one of their service men tried to swindle me out of extra money. So when I discovered a recent issue with my unit, I had begin the search for a new company. I came across Palms and called for assistance almost towards the end of the day. Alonzo answered and said he'd be able to come out the same day. He came at the time discussed and was very professional and thorough. He addressed my issue and even identified another issue and corrected that. He walked me through everything he was doing and what his findings were. I felt confident in his abilities and service. I would recommend Palms for anyone looking for prompt, professional service.
