28 September I wake up around 8am with the A/C blowing hot air. I call Strada and they said we can get someone out there between 12 and 4. The technician shows up early to my surprise around 11, within 30 minutes he has me back up and running. Outstanding services today, thank you Strada.

Adriel arrived on time and was extremely respectful (even took off his boots before entering my house, which I told him wasn’t necessary as I have several dogs but he insisted)
Extremely nice guy and would recommend him to absolutely anyone! I really enjoyed talking with him while he was serving my unit. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. -

Terrible business practices! Did not honor service contract from the company they acquired (Florida Air) Sent an electrician with wrong part and info needed for a call. Do not recommend this company at all.
