So glad that I stumbled upon this company! Alan was very professional when booking & following up prior to our scheduled date, as well as day of. He took his time walking through my house & discussing our pets & the fact we have a baby on the way and what were the best options for us, within our budget. Alan was working alone and finished 5 rooms, staircase & hallway in less than 1.5 hours and our carpets look fantastic. Last, but not least after he left, I noticed one spot in our living room that didn’t get done because we hadn’t moved some furniture. I called Alan and he came back with no issue to complete the area. We just had an overall great experience & I will definitely use this company again & I would recommend anyone to as well

Magic steamers of Tampa Bay did an awesome job on my carpets! I never thought they could look like new again, but Alon(the owner), you proved me wrong! I took his recommendation on having the platinum service done, based on having pets in my home. He took great care in cleaning my home as if it was his own. He uses corner/baseboard protectors while cleaning. I’ve used other steam cleaning companies before and after they left, I had to get my baseboard paint out and touch up the baseboards. He is truly a perfectionist and takes great pride in his work. I would never consider using any other steam cleaning company again. I will be calling him very soon to schedule an appointment to have my tile and grout cleaned and sealed. Give him a try, you won’t be sorry… Thank you for reading my review

Alan showed complete professionalism. He did an awesome job of cleaning my carpets as well as my area rugs. It was very evident to see the change in the service he was providing. He shared the importance of having my carpets cleaned every year to maintain the life of the carpet.

We had an excellent experience with Magic Steamers! The owner Alan communicated with phone call and texts to discuss our needs. He arrived on time and completed a large amount of work in great time. Magic Steamers cleaned an sealed our tile/grout, cleaned our shower and cleaned and scotch guarded our carpet/rugs. The house smells wonderful and looks great! I definitely recommend Magic Steamers.

When another company felt unprofessional on the phone and didn't respond back to me I decided to find another company but needed my carpets cleaned asap for an upcoming event this weekend. I called and Alan was able to come schedule us in for the same day. We have 3 pets and a 1 year old so the carpets were a nightmare. House smells amazing and the carpets are so clean. He did a wonderful job and has great customer service skills. We'll be using again and I highly recommend them!

I writing this review for my sister Georgia, she just used this company to clean her recliner and area rug and wanted me to do this for her. Alan was very professional and did an exceptional good job! Very nice guy and explained everything he did. I would recommend him to anyone.

I had my carpets, tile & grout cleaned yesterday and I couldn't be more excited! The workers were polite, took the time to explain everything and were not pushy about additional services that would allow my floors to stay cleaner longer. They were efficient and careful throughout the process & even put up corner protectors on all walls where their equipment might rub. I feel like my house is brand new again!! Fantastic and not overpriced. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

I don’t think anyone can truly understand what a difference Alon can make. It’s magic- because it’s a Time Machine. Nearly 20 years taken off of floors and furniture, he was able to help before my step-mom’s celebration of life.
Going way out of his way, to make sure that we could honor her memory without worrying about how things may have looked.

I'm loving my new clean carpets 3 boys worth of food and drinks on my carpet and it looks as if I put in a brand new carpet .. he was very friendly and didn't feel like a stranger in my home definitely using this service again and referring to family and friends

Allan and his services exceeded my expectations! He told me my appointment would be between 12pm and 2pm and called me about 45 minutes in advance to let me know he would be there at 1pm which I appreciated greatly so I didn't have to waste my day waiting around. He was punctual, professional and worked quickly and efficiently. I own a spa and my carpets were filthy...when he was done, they looked so much better and the smell of his products made my spa smell amazing! My carpets are fresh and clean and I cannot thank Allan enough! Great job! I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends.

The technician Came and informed my wife that he would have to Charge Extra because he had to “shampoo” The living room. In all he was here about 30 minutes didn’t move my couches or even my trashcan and the carpets literally look the exact same. I paid $160 for him to basically come and soak my carpets with water and leave water all over the front entryway. He didn’t even get the lightest of spots up. I’ve done better with the spot cleaner that I have. I would give zero stars, but it won’t let me.

I am really happy with the service. I saw the advertisement on facebook and did not do any research. There was great communication and flexibility of the company prior to the service. My whole place feels SO much cleaner. I was worried because at one point my husband rented a steamer from Home Depot but it actually made the carpets smell worse. This was not the case with Magic Steamers and it smells great in here. I have a dog with a skin condition so I am always having my place professionally cleaned but having the carpets done really did the trick to have it feel clean and smell clean the way I want it to. The price was also extremely fair. I will use them again soon.

Exceptional work!! This was my first time using a carpet cleaning service and I am so impressed with their work. Alon is professional, friendly and flexible. My couch looks as good as new. I will definitely be using Magic steamers again.

I am so happy with the quality of the work and service provided by Alon! He is a hard worker who takes tremendous pride in the quality of his work. When we moved to our home, our white tiles, grout and carpet were worn and dirty from years of use. I thought they needed to be replaced, but tried a steam clean as a last resort. I am so glad I did! My floors feel brand new and my whole entire home feels so clean! I was also able to have them sealed to maintain the shine and protect the floors. I’m so grateful that I found this company and I highly recommend them.

Let’s just say ALAN, did a fantastic job! I adopted a puppy few months back and we had a tough time potty training. My carpet smelled HORRIBLE. Alan was professional, did a great job with restoring my carpet. My house smells fresh, clean, he did it in a timely manner. Affordable!!!! 10/10. Best here in Tampa Bay. I live in Palmetto so he will come to you. I recommend this company for all! When having dogs, it’s important to keep your kids and family safe from bacteria.

I had a great experience using Magic Steamers. Alan spoke to me on the phone and explained the entire process to me so that I knew what to expect. The day of my appointment he contacted me to confirm our appointment time and then sent me s courtesy text that he was on his way. 100% professional and courteous. Once he arrived he again explained the process to me and got started. My tile and grout had never been professionally cleaned and were pretty dirty. Alan worked hard at getting them cleaned. They look great. I feel like I have new tile in my home. I recommend this company 100%. You will not be disappointed! I’m a very happy customer and will definitely use them again.

Alan came to our rescue. We rented our house and the last tenants destroyed it. We tried cleaning the carpets ourself but it didn’t do much. Having a 3yr old with major allergies carpet is not recommended, so to fix the situation we contacted magic steamers and Alan came in and told us what we really needed and I trusted him. I’m not mad and 0 regrets. He did a wonderful job and I’ll definitely be using them again. Price point was amazing too. Thank you Alan.
