I had a great experience with Largo Air Duct Cleaning Pros. They were very professional from start to finish. I was amazed at how much buildup had accumulated in my ducts after so many years without cleaning. I will definitely use their services again.

Swept Away returned our call quickly and scheduled someone to come out and check our fireplace. The crew was very knowledgeable, diagnosed the issue and took partial payment up front. Our only issue was the period of time between their first visit (diagnosis) and when they came back to perform the work. Granted, the holidays were between the visits and the owner went on vacation, but the lack of communication and the fact we deposited money with no immediate followup, left us uneasy. We did eventually receive a call to schedule the service, which was today. The same gentleman came, was very respectful of our home and appears to have solved our fireplaces woes. The actual visits and service were a 5-star experience and I would recommend Swept Away to a neighbor or friend.

They are honest customer service oriented and know their stuff. I highly recommend!!

The techs sent to my home were early, professional and super clean!

I submitted an online schedule request on Sunday and had a time for the next day. Eric called when he was on his way and even got there earlier than he scheduled window time which is great. When he got there he noticed that my dryer was not hooked up and fixed it for us. He cleaned the vent quickly and efficiently. We will definitely use Swept Away again. We highly recommend them!

Arion and Josh just completed work on fixing our dryer vent problems. They did a fantatsic job. They checked the vent in the roof and discovered a covering the roofers left over the vent two years ago and removed it. We'll be using their service to clean our dryer vent on a regular basis.

Arrived early thus paid in full without being onsite. Did not complete the outside portion which remains a very obvious fire hazard! After email communication it turns out the outside vent is not part of the cleaning detail. The company was apologetic that I was unaware of this. In the future I would be clear what the cleaning entails and be on site.
