My AC started giving me problems and because it was an intermittent problem (basically wouldn't happen in front of him) it took multiple times to problem solve the issue, but Brian was responsive, was transparent in not doing unnecessary yet expensive work, and he worked with me on pricing to solve the issue. So overall, I'd recommend!

These wonderful people came out in 30min to fix my AC. When other places told me 2 days. They fixed my problem in what seemed like 15min and had the AC working. The had good pricing also . John Martinez installed our new heat pump unit. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He answered all my question in a manner that I understood, and i very much appreciated this. He was very quick and always contacted me with his time frame for arriving on site. He had a very good personality and never acted like my question were not important. I would recommend him to all my friends or someone who ask me for recommendation to replace a new system.

Handy Air is now the only A/C company that we will use. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. Their technicians were quick and respectful of the building. They not only replaced the entire system in a few hours but they also cleaned up the entire mess throughly. They are friendly and care about their customers. Honestly some of the best service I have had in a long time. If you need A/C work look no further!

Update: I received a call right away after posting this review. He was very apologetic and said he was going to look into what happened. Rescheduled for Monday.

Made an appointment for 1:00 to get an estimate to replace our AC unit. I left work to be at my home for the appointment time. Nobody showed. I didn’t get a call until 1:45 from Rachel to tell me the tech was running late. I was an office manager at an HVAC /Plumbing /Construction company, so I understood. I rescheduled for 5:30 the same day. Made sure I got home in time for the appointment. Once again, no show and no call. If they aren’t dependable to do only an estimate I can’t imagine how much of a disaster an actual install would be.

Marc Cox Is the most professional And courteous sales person/ technician that you can ever come across. He will do anything and everything to go out of his way to Provide the best experience for customers. If you are ever looking for a new heating/cooling unit do not ever hesitate to contact these guys. This company rates on the top of my list of HVAC Maintenance/ Installation. Handy air was a great price for a good quality AC and installation. They did a great job, were professional, cleaned up. Haven't had any issues. It's great to get good work, name brand product for a good price.

After our a/c died we gave Handy Air a call. They came out right away and provided us with a variety of options & prices to help us choose the best a/c for our needs. Travis came and explained in detail the government program, payment options, criteria, and install process. I didn't feel any pressure and he made it a pleasant experience. The install crew arrived the next day on time and ready to work. They even worked in the rain. They cleaned work area and explained how to work equipment and the size new filters were. I am very happy, with this company.
