My AC stopped working late at night and I called Polar Bay and they told me they would come shortly. They got here and told me the issue. They got to work and I was able to have AC again thanks to them!!!

Just an awful experience. Tech kept coming out , just kept leaving without talking to us spoke no English. After they came and disappeared the 3rd time I just forgot about the 600.00 I paid them for nothing and called another company more professional. Be aware

This company is amazing they did a great job on my unit and they were able to fix it when the previous technician said that I need it to buy a new one.

Great service! Very professional and knowledgeable. I had a old A/C that we had to replace. The company was very responsive and replaced it right away without any issues.

Polar Bay all day! Cesar showed up within 30 minutes of my call to attend to my AC issue. Where as the company who originally installed my unit who offers 24/7 service claimed they were booked for the night when I called them at 6pm. Needless to say I will be using Polar Bay from now on and if you are reading this you should too!

Good work. Came on time and was thorough with the inspection and repair. Also cleared the drain line and topped off the freon.

The most awful service i ever seen business running , after purchasing my home previous owner was just installed a new unit with them , with 10 yrs warranty i called once moving in to update them that i am the new owner they bluntly says the warranty is expired regardless the fact the warranty started 2021 and its for 10 yrs , then i called james which’s i been told he is better service than the person on the phone , explained everything to him and he says we will stop by at some points that week - NO SHOW , tried again a month later he confirmed the appointment and still NO SHOW , called for the third time and they he said they go to Orlando area once a week and will fit me in next week - and still NO SHOW , so it wasn’t that far from them to come and setup the unit and collect 7K but its now far when its maintenance - I really DO NOT RECOMMEND them give your business to someone who really cares about you not just come to collect , I’ll probably see what are my legal steps here to take for that 10 yrs warranty that they don’t fulfill, stay away save your bucks

I got my A/C ducts and coil cleaned through Polar Bay A/C and they did an amazing job. The cleaning was very thorough and the employee was very professional and hard working. Definitely will use them again!

If their drivers are any indicator of how they run their business count me out. Cut us off on 95 to the point we had to slam on our brakes twice. Not only rude, but dangerous driving a big van like that.
